Blueprint Roofing & Solar

The only one or two-star review we hold for Blueprint Roofing & Solar.

We had the owner of Blueprint Home Services come out to our newly purchased home built in 2011, with some repair items brought to our attention by the independent home inspector. Blueprint came out and identified some repairs and maintenance issues the roof required. I agreed to the price quoted during the visit. Blueprint said we would be provided with written quote for the repair items. Approximately one month later we hadn’t received a quote so I reached out to them and was told the owner was in a meeting but would call me back. Since that time, no one from Blueprint has returned my call.

David, I am really sorry that I am just seeing this. I don't look here much. I deserve this one. There is no excuse. I dropped the ball on scheduling your job during a very hectic period of time for us. I know that's not your problem and we need to do better. I will call you so we can try to make this right offline. Daniel

This was a superb experience from start to finish! When I suspected I had roof damage, I called and Blueprint was out to inspect and quote within a few hours and less than two days later the repair was already complete. They also inspected the roof and replaced a few tiles while they were doing the repair that I called about. All this with a totally reasonable price. I will definitely call them the next time I have a roofing issue.

We appreciate you noting the extra tile replacements and your trust in our team. We look forward to helping you with any future roofing needs.

Blueprint Home Services put rooftop solar on my home, with the system going live in Dec 2024. I was happy with the initial sales/service calls—informative and answered all my questions. The installation crew was courteous, informative and knowledgeable and also answered any questions I had. The final stages of the installation and TEP inspections fell around the holidays, and although Blueprint apologized for the delays, I felt that it went fairly quickly and smoothly. A year and a half later, I’m very happy with my solar energy production, and the ensuing minimal TEP bills!!

We’re glad our sales team and installation crew were informative and courteous, and we appreciate your patience during the holiday inspection delays. It’s great to hear your system has been performing well and that you’re seeing those reduced TEP bills. If you ever need anything or have questions, please reach out, as we’re always happy to help.

The whole experience with Blueprint was great. My roof was stripped and new shingles installed in 1 day and they guys did a great job with clean up on the ground after wards. The ones that replaced my front porch awning also did a awesome job considering it is now 12' X 50' covering my whole front porch.

Would have been nice if you would have painted the 2” of patio cover after roof tiles got moved up and you were already reposting the patio

  Reply from the business

Thank you for the feedback, Jeff. We’re sorry we missed painting the 2 inches of the patio cover after the roof tiles were moved; that should have been completed while we were reposting the patio. We will arrange a touch-up at no additional charge and our team will reach out to schedule a convenient time. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will tighten our final inspection process to prevent it in the future.

Blueprint Home Services were great to work with. They took great care in removing and reinstalling our solar panels when we had our roof redone and were more reasonably priced than other quotes from other companies. I would highly recommend them.
