  Installed our copper roof and siding. Siding falling off house and copper roof getting splits in it and leaking. Our house is being destroyed and they don’t want to do anything about it!!!

  Erica, it has been what 12-14 years since we worked on your house? If my memory is correct, the last time you called was nine years ago in 2009 when you were having issues with a chimney related to the way your carpenter rebuilt some of the structure, leaving the chimney unsupported. I'm surprised that you haven't made an attempt to contact us if you are unsatisfied or having problems with your roof and siding. Our phone number hasn't changed and we are still in the same location.

  We've been using Blue Ridge Roofing for over 15 years and they've always done a good job. No exception here. Things are installed properly, they clean up debris afterwards and answer any questions we have. The price is fair for such an extensive job. We will not hesitate to use them again.

  Blue Ridge has put up two metal roofs for me and repaired another. They've been really great to work with, always happy to make something right when necessary and generally going the extra distance to do a good job. I got multiple quotes and their pricing was competitive. The workmanship is excellent.

  The two roofers, Brian and Tracy were very friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. It was a very good experience for us and we would hire Blue Ridge again without hesitation.

  Blue Ridge Roofing did an excellent job installing our new shingled roof. From providing a quote to completing the work, they were very thorough and wanted to get the job done correctly. Even if it meant coming back a few days in a row to make sure everything was right.

  Blue Ridge roofing This company owned by Jerry Bach and his son Jeb Bach was the installer for our new metal roof. We worked out the details with them ahead of time to get the right dates and times that would work for us on changing our room from a shingle roof to a metal roof Jerry did all the preparatory worked and came and saw our house and came up with a contractual agreement showing us all the things that we would need. He also worked with us on the snow guards as we live in the mountains. He also helped us with a gutter system. It was designed in Sweden to handle large volumes of water and melting snow. When knew all the total cost ahead of time. We signed a contract with all the details in place Jeb are installer came and kept me up-to-date. We lived out of town at a second home and he would send me photographs and call and text me and give me updates. He would also ask me questions if there were decisions that need to be made on the go, Jeff was unbelievable and stay in constant contact with me to make sure that the job was done correctly as well as my wife and I liking. When we were visit the house, they would make absolutely sure that we could access the house and kept their equipment and trucks and positions. It would allow us to get in and out when we had to come and go. They were extremely considerate about their workspace and their tools in terms of us entering and exiting the house. They would also pay extra attention to detail such as keeping the property clean from the debris, cleaning up each day and removing all the extraneous materials from the ground and property for safety issues as well as for cleanliness The craftsmanship of our very complicated roof, which had at least five or seven different sections required a lot of on the go, mechanical decision-making on how to design the roof and put it together. Jeb was an expert in that area and made every effort to make the job look fantastic as well as to make it functional. At the very en

  My experience with Blueridge Roofing couldn't have gone smoother. They were responsive and helpful from start to finish and post follow-up. A few days after the new roof had been installed, we received a weeks worth of hard rain but no signs of leaks anywhere. We just received the first snow of the winter a little over a week ago.. 4 inches and the roof was fine. They did a good job and it looks great!

  Jerry and Jeremy were awesome to work with. They responded quickly with a quote and completed the project on time. The quality and appearance of the final product made a huge difference for our home. I highly recommend BRR! They are military and veteran friendly and overall good people.
