  Worst experience ever! Please Read!! Till this day ( 6 years total now) I’m still having issues with the poor installation of my siding. I’ve had issues from the day they started till now. Siding keeps falling down on our dormers. The whole back of the house keeps peeling from the bottom all the way up to the windows. The garage side they forgot to do all together till I pointed it out and they said they would come back and do it. When they did they rushed it and now that side keeps popping out and I have to constantly pop it back in. Till this day after every storm I have to go out the next day and pop everything back into place I was finding nails in my yard a year after the job was done, both of my children and dog had nails pierced their feet, the caulking and trim work around my windows was horrible. The only thing that I will give them credit on is getting my roof on in a day and it is still holding up other than that, they are not good at siding work at all. Or maybe the crew the had at the time didn’t know what they were doing. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU’ll REGRET IT.

  Mr Gilbert, We really wish that you had taken the time to update your review. Although hindsight isn't always 20/20 I feel most of the criticism is unfair and not accurately described. You did two large projects with our company. Both projects were financed. When projects are financed it is not typical to add an additional multi thousand dollar job weeks after the 1st project is completed to the same financing contract. As the owner I received a call from my Sales consultant while at your home wishing to add a window project to the existing roofing project completed some weeks priors financing contract. I was extremely hesitant to do so as we rely on funding from the financing company to fund the project completed at your house. My understanding when I approved the additional work being added to the existing financing contract that windows were selected, ready to be ordered and something we could promptly install. Unfortunately this was the furthest thing from the actual case. The windows kept changing, when our installer went to your property to get the measurements for the windows being replaced you made multiple requests for changes to our installer. His only job there was to get measurements for the windows you had originally selected. This made the existing contract non-reflective of what you were now requesting. Our salesman had to then make numerous additional trips to your home, change orders had to be signed. The materials changed as well as prices increased due to what was now being requested. Then we had numerous calls telling us do not order the windows until certain questions could be answered. These were questions you though should be easily answered about dimensions of certain pieces of the windows. Now one must keep in mind these were CUSTOM Windows being made specifically for your home. Our supplier nor the manufacturer could give us the answers you were seeking as they were about a window that was being made specifically for your home. The wasn't

  These guys were the best. We had an emergency roof situation and they helped me deal with difficult insurance people, got a crew out, and got the job done quickly. They were clean and respectful and I would recommend them to everyone looking for roofing and siding work! Great job guys!

  I can't believe how prompt, professional and courteous these guys were for a repair that I had done on my roof. The turnaround time was quick and the job looks to be quite well done.

  Did a complete tear-off and replace. Excellent job, roof looks great, lots of complements from the neighbors. Crew was courteous and professional, cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend Blue Collar Restoration!
