The neighborhood has a no soliciting rule. There are two signs in the front yard that say "no soliciting" and yet they ignore all of that. Hire someone who can fulfill simple requests ... Do not hire Blackstar Roofing, LLC.

Just had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Blackstar roofing. From the initial inspection to dealing with the insurance company and communicating every step of the way. Josh and Avery were fantastic to work with and came out right after the job was completed to make sure the site was totally cleaned up and that we were happy with the job.

I was referred to BSR from a friend who had used them. 1 hour after calling Chase and Eric showed up and inspected my roof. They helped me through the entire process and made the process so simple. I have a new roof that was much needed! Thank you BSR and thank you chase and eric!

I can’t speak highly enough about BSR and Crystal specifically. She went well above and beyond what any other roofer had previously done for me. I knew it was a long shot to try and argue with the insurance company, but they truly did give …

BlackStar Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. We were losing hope that our roof would ever get replaced. We appealed our insurance company’s refusal to replace our roof with the assistance of Adrian and his professional team. Additionally, they arranged to have our damaged ceilings repainted. That job was done quickly and perfectly! The roofers/workers completed the job in two days. They cleaned up our yard of debris. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the work. We highly recommend Adrian and his professional team. The roof has an excellent warranty as well… Five Stars for exemplary service!

We recently had our roof replaced by BSR, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Crystal, with BSR, was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. She, Jasper, Adrian, Brandon and her team worked directly with our insurance company, handled everything professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and easy. Her communication was excellent, she stayed on top of every detail, and she made sure everything moved forward efficiently. Crystal also did an amazing job overseeing the roof installation and ensuring the work was completed properly and to a high standard. The new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend BSR Roofing company, and especially Crystal and her team, for anyone needing roofing work done. Her dedication, professionalism, and customer service truly stand out.
