  We recently had the roofs on our home, an addition, and shed replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and completed the entire project in a single day—even though it was originally estimated to take two days. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property throughout the process. The new roofs look fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking roofing professionals. Thank you for a job well done!

  Trevis was very timely in his response to my inquiry to have my roof repaired. It was an active leak and he was very quick to come out and give and estimate and had a crew out the next day or 2 to fix the issue. I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend his services to anyone I know who needs roof work done.

  There is honestly no better roofing company in the local market for commercial and industrial products. They look out for their clients and go above an beyond when it comes to communication and timeliness of completion. The site was left clean and neat when finished and their workers were very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend Blackstone for all your roofing needs.

  We add an emergency situation at our house where we woke up in the morning with water leaking into our bedroom. We made numerous phone calls to companies that were 24 hours 7 days per week and no one answered. I reached out to Black Stone And within 1 hour they were at our house during a storm on the third floor roof putting a tarp up. From there they helped us navigate the insurance claims and repaired the damage. I highly recommend Black Stone if you need any roofing repairs

  It's a very great company to work with. As someone who works odd hour shifts, they were respectful of my time and worked to ensure that I was comfortable with the process of the insurance claim. When an issue arrived with the payout from the insurance company, they worked with me to ensure that we were properly compensated by completing an estimate. The roof replacement itself was quick, and well scheduled requiring little on my part. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

  Had my carport roof fixed. They did it in one trip, were extremely friendly and professional. Allowed me to make payment installments to help me. Work is great and the people even better. I recommend them 100%. Great pricing for the work and did it in a very timely manner. I will use them again if i ever need roof work.

  With so many roofers knocking on our door, it was hard to know who to trust. A close friend—who had his own roof and several family members’ roofs done—highly recommended Black Stone Roofing, and we’re so glad he did. From the moment Trevis came out to give us an estimate, he immediately eased our fears. Our roof had sustained heavy wind damage and needed a full replacement. Having never filed a homeowners insurance claim before, I wasn’t sure where to begin, but Trevis walked me through the process, even helping me use the insurance company’s phone app to initiate the claim. Trevis submitted his detailed assessment directly to our insurer and even went the extra mile by meeting with an independent adjuster that the insurance company required. The claim was approved, and when the insurer sent their estimate, Black Stone accepted it as their fee without any issues. The contract initiation and invoicing were simple and easy to understand, as was every other step of the process. Trevis was highly responsive to messages and made himself available by phone, text and email. Trevis brought us sample shingles and showed us photos of completed homes in various colors, which made choosing the right shingles easy. Once the insurance company released the initial payment, Black Stone accepted a starting deposit and scheduled the work right away. The roofing team arrived promptly, removed our old shingles, replaced damaged decking boards, and installed the new shingles—all in one day! They tarped the yard during construction to catch debris, and afterward cleaned up thoroughly, even sweeping the yard and driveway with a magnet twice to pick up any stray nails. Upon completion, Trevis provided a comprehensive depreciation report for the insurance that included photos taken before, during and after, as well as detailing the building code upgrades they performed per our mortgage lender’s requirements.
