The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for BK ROOFING AND SONS. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Bobby and Dillon are hard workers and know their stuff. They had to replace a lot of termite damage, which we were expecting, but also makes us feel good about our house. We got a much better quality roof than we would have for the same money we received from other contractors. We’re also happy that our neighbors like how our roof looks, as it’s nice to add to everyone’s experience (we all gotta look at each other’s houses, right?). We highly recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on BK ROOFING AND SONS. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
