I can’t say enough good things about John and his team. My insurance company originally denied my roof claim, and another roofing company couldn’t get anywhere with it. I was starting to think I’d be paying out of pocket for something that should have been covered. John stepped in, reviewed everything, worked directly with the insurance company, and got my claim approved for a full roof replacement. He handled the entire process from start to finish, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything easy. The crew was professional, the roof was completed quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. If you’re looking for someone who knows roofing, understands the insurance process, and genuinely looks out for his customers, I highly recommend giving John a call. Thanks again for everything!

They helped us from start to finish. They were so easy to talk to. They worked with the money we had! They cleaned everything up! We had a great time with the group.. We learned there names, they all start with a J. And Jacob Calix was our favorite! LOL!

I called Bison builders and Jacob came to do an inspection after the storm in Iowa city. He ended up getting photos of the damage and helped assist working with the insurance during there assment and ended up getting the roof and siding bought! During the build he talked with the crew and made sure everybody was on the same page. The Crew did such a good job and worked very clean and were very cautious with the nails during and after the install. Jacob even came after the build and picked up nails! I have nothing but good things to say about Bison!

Storm Update in Iowa City area We've been out in the Iowa City area this morning checking roofs and siding after the recent storms and are already finding some hail damage on a number of homes. Damage isn't always obvious from the ground, and many homeowners don't realize there are issues until leaks show up later. If you're in Iowa City or nearby areas and would like a second set of eyes on your roof and/or siding, Bison Builders is offering free inspections. We're happy to take a look, document any damage we find, and help you understand the next steps if repairs are needed.
