  I did not end up using their service. I had a roof inspection scheduled and for them to look at some ventilation issues I think we are having. No one ever showed up. I called an hour after the scheduled appointment to find out if they were still coming. I was then informed that the person that was suppose to be doing the inspection got caught up on another roofing job which is understandable. What is not understandable is no one contacting me to let me know and how I had to burn PTO for no one to show up. I will say the girl on the phone, I think Autumn was her name, was very nice. They did reschedule me for the next week but I decided to go with a different company so I do not have to worry about a no show.

  Kevin, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the appointment did not go as planned. Unfortunately the roofer who was supposed to be at your appointment ended up not being able to leave another work site. Our policy is to always call the customer before the appointment to let them know if anything needs to be rescheduled. It seems this was an unfortunate situation where the phone call did not happen due to unforeseen circumstances and time constraints on a job site. We're glad you had a good experience with, Audrey, one of our receptionists. If there is anything we can do to resolve this issue we would be happy to help.

  Scott was very easy to work with - good communication, provided all the documents I requested, and wrote the most detailed proposals of the 3 I received. That along with the price was what made my decision to use Birmingham Roofs easy. They managed to work me into the schedule quickly, got the whole project done in a day, and did a great job cleaning up after. I definitely recommend them.

  They did a great job with our soffit repair and gutter replacement. They were very communicative. The prices were fair and they had a quick install time.
