  Hi Rachel! Unfortunately, it appears there was an issue with the email address on file, which prevented the estimate from reaching you. The estimate was sent a few hours after meeting with you. I have sent a text to your husband including photos of our system showing the email estimate as opened, so we genuinely believed it had been received. As a family-owned business, we take customer service very seriously and were disappointed to learn there was a delivery failure. We first became aware of this concern from this review. Our team works very hard to provide excellent service and we wish we had been afforded the chance to resolve this. We wish you all the best.

  Billy’s Roofing installed a new CertainTeed roof in June 2026. They were extremely professional. Their crew members were amazing. Charles our crew leader kept us informed throughout the process. They cleaned up very well. We would highly recommend this company.

  Billy's Roofing installed our roof a number of years ago, this year we started having a leaking issue in the upstairs bathroom. I called them to ask them to look at it and they came over the next day and resolved the problem! They stand by their product and I would not hestitate at all to hire them again!!

  Billy's Roofing was fantastic from the get go. A thorough inspection was initially performed including significant time reviewing condition of joists and plywood sheets from the attic. Discovery made of three leaks which we were not aware. Installation of roof was done to perfection. The crew was knowledgeable, conscientious, polite, and very efficient. Attention to detail was noticeable. I would strongly recommend Billy's to anyone.
