  We were promised by three different people that they would replace the rotten wood they had missed. Even the owner came out to take a look and said they would replace it no problem. Do not trust this business. Never showed. Once they have their money they are done with you. It was rotted facia

  I'm sorry you feel you had a negative experience. we cannot leave rotten wood on the roof it or would not have passed inspection.

  Quality of work has gone way down. 2008 roof was great. My new roof not so much. Apologized to the neighbors for recommending Billy. Theirs didn't look any better than mine.

  This roofer does not stand behind his workmanship. This is a new construction home STILL under warranty and this roofer refuses to properly remediate the issue. Active leak that is continuing to cause damage to our new home. Builder (Walker Homes) is also complicit. Kimberlin's work is shoddy at best as you can see from the pics. Several licensed roofers in the area were contacted to help remedy the situation. We highly recommend you stay far away from this company. You will save yourself months of disgust and frustration.

  Came to my home to quote an estimate never left any information or acknowledgment that they were here. I called the office to see if they were keeping the appointment and was told that the job was too big and they would have to pass. What? WOW didn't realize I lived in a Mansion.....

  Billy went out to your house and determined we don't work on that style roof. You were told this. I'm sorry if that offends you but not every roofer works on every type of roof.

  Billy Kimberlin Roofing was awesome! They came right out and did two roofs for us. One at our home and another at our rental property. They did a fabulous job and we were very pleased. We highly recommend them.

  Billy and his team were great. This is the second roof they have done for us, different locations and materials but the same exceptional service and quality. Also as with the first experience very competitively priced.

  No complaints from me. Billy put a new roof on my house. It needed to be repaired after the hurricane. I talked to Billy about a metal roof and decided that was what I wanted. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them anytime. Also his office staff was always helpful.

  From beginning to end it was an easy experience. From the office staff, to the owner, to the workers on top of my house, each one was professional, polite, kind and courteous. My Dad had his roof done at the same time. Within five days both roofs were torn off, replaced, the yards cleaned up, and both roofs were inspected, not only by the county, but by the owner, Billy. I'm grateful to feel much more secure under a brand new roof completed with such care!

  We had a bit of a slow start due to sickness with the roofing crew. I must say once they started they did an excellent job. They covered landscaping, kept a clean work area and did a stellar job of roof and skylight installation. They were the only roofers in the area that worked with us to get the very color we were looking for. Most roofers expect you to stay with their recommended suppliers but the Kimberlin team worked with us and even drove by another house to tell us the type and name of shingles used on that house. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. They were easy to work with and did a very good and reasonable roofing job.
