Absolutely no rules for your driver on the road in Langley today! He just blocked our car and pretended it’s normal. Unfortunately such drivers with logos represent your company.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle was temporarily blocked while our crew was working in the complex. When we are completing a project of this size, there are times when trucks and trailers need to be moved, repositioned, loaded or unloaded throughout the day. We would never intentionally prevent a resident from accessing their vehicle, and had our driver or our office been made aware that you needed to leave, we would have addressed it immediately. We take concerns involving our crews very seriously. If an employee has acted improperly or inconvenienced a resident unnecessarily, we absolutely want to know about it so we can address it. We have previously brought our team together over concerns involving company vehicles because we expect our employees to represent Big Guns Roofing professionally both on and off the job site. We do wish we had been given the opportunity to understand and resolve the situation before receiving a one-star review, particularly while we are actively working there and have staff on site who are available to help. Please feel free to contact our office with the details of what occurred so we can look into it properly. We genuinely want to understand what happened and ensure any concerns are addressed.

AVOID - Nothing but a bunch of manic drivers running people off the road. Probably shouldn’t do that in a company truck covered in logos.

  Reply from the business

Hi TPeck, Edited- we believe we’ve gotten to the bottom of this and have addressed it. The individual involved is a newer driver and new to driving large work trucks. We sincerely apologize if his driving caused you concern or made you feel unsafe in any way! Safety is extremely important to us, and we appreciate the feedback so that we were able to talk with him and chat about having more caution and awareness while driving.

I had Big Guns Roofing do work on my roof recently and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the first meeting to the final cleanup, the whole team was professional, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the project. Their price wasn’t the lowest quote we received, but after seeing the quality of their work and how smoothly the whole job went, it was absolutely worth it. The roof looks fantastic and the attention to detail really shows. It’s hard to find contractors that are reliable and take pride in their work these days, but Big Guns Roofing definitely does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

Big Guns Roofing are my heroes. They came to fix a leak in my deck in the most extreme cold weather in February, when nobody else would do it. I am very grateful for their work and highly recommend them. John Davis
