Scott and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a roofing company that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly stands behind their work, this is it. Because of the weather, the roof replacement had to be rescheduled a few times, but Scott kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates. I never had to wonder what was going on because he always communicated proactively. Scott is the kind of person you immediately know you can trust. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Every promise he made, he kept. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. That’s important to me. His crew was just as impressive—professional, courteous, hardworking, and communicative throughout the project. After the roof was completed, I found a few nails in my driveway about a month later. I reached out to Scott, and without hesitation he sent his crew back out to thoroughly sweep the driveway and yard again. No excuses—just exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a contractor with this level of professionalism and integrity. Scott and his team made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. I would recommend them without hesitation.
