I have no clue if your services are worth anything. However, the person driving your work truck that was so impatient to leave the Regal theater can masticate a satchel of Richards.

Storm chase your own neighbourhoods... Scammers.

You guys are replacing the roofs in our neighborhood and each afternoon I come home from work around 430pm your guys are standing in the middle of the road chatting in a group, it’s unprofessional to be blocking the road, not only that it’s poor management of your crews to be blocking to road with their vehicles and dump trailers where the residents have to turn around and go through the other side just to get to their homes. Not to mention the trash left everywhere! Your team needs to do better!

Hi Lisa! We’re so sorry, those streets are so narrow, but we had a meeting with our production crew to alleviate this problem. We want to make sure everyone in your community has a positive experience, so if you could reach out to our office we would like to offer you a gift in hopes of making this right. We hope to hear from you soon, and wish you a wonderful day and rest of your week!

Seems like a jerk move to send a letter saying that “we are confident that your roof sustained damages” from a storm. What a scam and dirty move to advertise.

Listen do not knock on doors during the week in the middle of the day. It's 2023, a lot of people work from home myself included. You guys may do excellent work but knocking on my door when you could've just left the door hanger ensures, I won't be doing business with you.

Hey Shayne! We’re so sorry to have bothered you! What is your address so we can put you on our do-not-knock-list? If you would rather not post that here, please message us from our website. www.bigbearrfg.com. Again, our apologies.

Big Bear Roofing was a great company to work with! I highly recommend them for the ease in communication and willingness to work back and forth with insurance. Macon was great about making sure we understood each step in the process and he came out to our house multiple times to meet with inspectors to ensure we were taken care of. The roof comes with a warranty and it looks great! Definitely check them out if you need a new roof!

We had Big Bear Roofing do a 24x48 metal roof on a Pole Barn we were building ourselves. Tony was wonderful getting us a written estimate timely, the price was fair and the workers were done quickly and accurately. We appreciate the services.

I watched Big Bear do a roof across the street & was so impressed by their work & knew they were who I wanted to install my roof. They did a great job in a timely manner & cleaned everything up. Their follow-up team were great & kept me informed of everything that was going on step by step. I wouldn't want to have anyone else do the job for me. Thank you Big Bear Roofing.

Our experience with Big Bear Roofing was great. Our estimator/insurance specialist Adam explained the product well, showed us all the choices, helped with the insurance claim, and answered all of our many questions. The crew was fast, well organized, professional, and had the job done in less than a full day with nothing left behind but a beautiful new roof. I would recommend them highly.

Adam was excellent and very professional. He was knowledgeable and I felt very confident about his presentation and explanation of how the roofing system went together. Adam answered all questions and any concerns I had. He also was involved in the entire process and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. He was at my home day before making sure I knew what to expect he was at my home sharing photos of my roof as it was being done which I so appreciated. He contacted me regards my satisfaction with the clean up and confirmed that I was satisfied with the way my property was left; And I was very satisfied. I did absolutely nothing as Adam managed my entire job flawlessly. All and anyone else involved were also very professional. I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely recommend Big Bear Roofing!

I had three reputable roofers give me estimates on my roof replacement. Big Bear was competitive in the market. Although they were a shade above the lowest estimate, I was impressed with their professionalism and chose them. The job on my large house and detached garage was completed in one day. I was stunned with the energy of the crew and the quality of the completed job. I was also surprised with the site clean up. I expected that there would be some little pieces of debris left, but I was wrong. I couldn't find the least small piece of litter. I recommend using Big Bear for you roofing needs.
