  Just came to clean my neighbors gutters… their blew a lot of the dirt literally onto and into my window without a care. Came onto my property multiple times with equipment without asking despite no trespassing signs. Very unprofessional. Don’t hire if you value the relationship with your neighbors. Maybe they are perfect if you hate your neighbor. Ironically wanted roofing work done, and will not be contacting these folks for anything. ☺️

  Called them for an estimate on my roof/siding. They came promptly, gave me an estimate and never responded after that. After several calls with no response, I moved on. I guess job wasn’t big enough; but a courtesy call would have sufficed.

  We had a worker come out to our home in Morton on Monday 2/12 to get an estimate for a repair (our kitchen ceiling sprung a small leak on Super Bowl Sunday and this was the soonest they could come). Well, it’s 9 days after the worker came out and we still don’t have that estimate. We were clearly forgotten about. So unprofessional. Update: Posted the same review on Yelp the same day. It was mysteriously removed. Also only got a call from the company the day after I posted negative reviews to FB, yelp, and Google.

  Bill is amazing, and I can’t recommend BHC highly enough. He came out, took a look at the issue, and then gave me a simple DIY fix. I can’t tell you how hard it is to find an honest roofer or contractor who isn’t simply trying to upsell you. The fact that Bill was more concerned with being honest and giving me a cost-saving solution than he was with scoring another job really touched me. The moment I need a larger roofing job done, I’ll be running back to BHC. If you’re considering going with them, run, don’t walk!

  I'm impressed with this company. I had a sudden leak, and they came to check it out promptly. Bill explained the problem and what they would do very clearly. Within two weeks, the crew came and did a very thorough job, with attention to aesthetics as well as function. It was a bit of a complicated job, with slate tiles and a high gutter with a wooden support. The head of the crew was very patient in explaining just what they were doing. They gave the work a lot of time, and cleaned up afterwards. This will be my go-to roofing company from now on.

  BHC did an excellent and efficient job on my roof a little while ago. A downspout was blown down during the recent storm. I reached out and they had a crew here very quickly. This is a great company that I highly recommend!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We truly couldn't be any happier with the incredible job BHC did at our home! We just recently bought a house and right away it needed a new roof and gutters. Bill was out promptly to look things over. We had the estimate quick, he took care of the permits and everything he could think of to make things that much easier on us! He took the time to go over every detail with us to make sure it was exactly what we needed, what was best our home, budget and they offer a warranty! Anne in the office was very sweet & helpful. Scotty and his crew did an amazing job. They were very professional and respectful. We are so grateful for you guys and all of your help! Thank you again so much, your the best!!   Bill has installed two flat roofs and has handled a few miscellaneous weather related issues over the past 30+ years. He has stood behind every single job he’s ever done. I have been dealing with a cracked skylight for many many years and was reluctant to replace it because I was afraid that all the interior plaster would break off when removing it. Bill assured me that he would be very careful when he took off the old skylight and that there will be no damage, and he was right! I now have a beautiful new insulated Velux skylight! He does excellent work, with very fair prices, and he's a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his company.

  Had the team come and replace two flat roofs on my properties and some repair another one last year. Came out this week to address a few things from last year's job, but nothing major. Responsive, communicative, and good quality. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

  This review is almost 2 years late, but I was thrilled with BHC's work. It was a huge job and they were able to complete it in about 2 days. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and their pricing was the best of all the quotes I received. They also installed a solar-powered attic fan that I had purchased from Amazon. Thank you BHC.

  Love this company! Prior to BHC doing my roof, I had many roofers/ estimates... even one I kicked to the curb mid job! Small porch roof, how hard can it be, right? Then I called BHC. (Pause- clouds opened, Angel trumpets). Bob, the estimator, came out. Very pleasant. HEARD ME (IMPORTANT!), explained things without condescension. Afterwards,I received drone pics with notes on exactly what was to be done, in detail. I asked for a few adjustments via email. Every request was answered promptly, and above and beyond polite. Because I had the beginnings of a porch roof installed (note "kicked to curb" mentioned), I had plywood over studs. It rained a few days prior to the scheduled job. I called BHC and said "wood is a little wet, reschedule?". BHC postponed for two days. Day of installation, crew showed up, were very accommodating to a few cosmetic "tweaks" (I have mild OCD). "Show us how you want it and we'll do it". They explained things that I was confused on ('cause, you know, youtube said something different... PEOPLE! Don't watch youtube DIY!) BHC left the property cleaner than when they came. Beyond polite and respectful! Price was in line with other roofers. I'll have them back in a heartbeat. Melissa and Ann in the office were great, also! They dot their "i's" and cross their "t's" with every step of the way. By the end of work day, shortly after they left, I got pics of the roof from top down! I can't see it from ground level, minimal slope. How else was I to see what they did? Brilliant! Love this company!

  Fantastic experience! We needed the porch roof redone on our new house (the gutter was leaking in such a way that it was directing water right through our basement window 😩), as well as some capping on the side of our house and a new coating on our rear flat roof. Their pricing was super competitive, and everyone we spoke to there was so patient, friendly and helpful!! There was, unfortunately, some miscommunication on the color of the porch roof, and when I called in asking about it they came out within a few days to correct it!!! I’m so glad we went with this company, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their roof!!

  Great company great service. This is the second time using BHC roofing. Crew is wonderful Chris, Vinny, Luke and G-Money AKA Jason. They did a great job once again. It’s also a pleasure working with Bob, Ann and Melissa. We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
