First, I’d like to mention Brian Douek our sales rep. From the initial meeting at our home, Brian was informative, positive and listened to our needs. Working through the project timeline, Brian was in constant communication with us on the multiple steps and answered all of our questions no matter the scope. Brians knowledge and professionalism and genuine concern for our project showed in his “make sure we get it right the first time” and “ we want to make sure you’re happy” attitude from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Brian on our reroof project. In my opinion, BFARR Co. as a whole, genuinely has a customer focused approach to supplying a great product with quality workmanship and crew to back it up. Thank you to ALL the members of BFARR whom I interacted with. Our house roof looks exactly the way we wanted it to be!
