  My little home 1,364 sqft, I signed contract $9,000 with an initial deposited $4,000.00. I paid the remaining balance $5,000 when the job completed. Now this company is suing me for an additional $16,121 for something that I wasn't authorized.

  Mr. Huynh, We take pride in our work and transparency with our customers. The contract you signed clearly outlined all costs associated with the extensive repairs your home required. You were present on-site as our project manager explained the process in detail. The size of your home was not a factor in the cost—rather, the condition of your roofing system was. Your home had five layers of deteriorated roofing that needed to be removed. Our team replaced 1,378 feet of new wood, installed 290 feet of new flashing, repaired a hole in the roof, and addressed stucco and Gaco coating on the parapet walls. This was a major undertaking, and we completed it with integrity and professionalism, ensuring the work was done correctly. We have documented proof, including photos and invoices for all materials used. Given that you were present during the project, you saw firsthand the scope of the work. It is clear that you do not want to take responsibility for the purchase of your home and the condition of the roof. Instead, you expect our company to pay for your roof, which is simply unethical. No business could survive if every customer approached transactions in this manner.

  I reached out to have an evaluation for a repair and after that was done they called and said they were too busy to do it. But of course if we wanted to replace the roof, they have time for that. I was upfront on the type of home and that we only wanted to repair, so shouldn’t have wasted time doing the inspection

  As a retired business operator with a building background, I found Best Price Roofing to be very able and well organized. Our home re-roof project had several unusual challenges including discovery of extensive unexpected damage needing repair. Nothing was a problem for them, nor an opportunity to pad the price. The cost of repairs was minimal as was the original price. As I was preparing to make the final payment, they discovered a minor adjustment to material which they didn't need to report but did anyway, lowering the price somewhat. Minor assurances even in casual conversation were carried out to the letter. Their estimator ignored the sales rule, "Don't say too much," offering lots of useful expert advice. So it seems the main rule they do follow is, "Take care of the customer."

  Best Price did a fantastic job on my new roof. They added ridge vents, replaced roof jacks, and replaced bad ply wood.They also cleaned up all debris. Mr James was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend !

  I was referred to this company by my home inspector. I interviewed a few companies but Ray was on top of everything from the moment I spoke to him. They called me back quickly Ray was actually over informing me which I appreciated cause it showed that he cares about his customers. After the roof was installed I had some concerns and instead of fighting with me and telling me I was wrong, he sent one of his people to thoroughly examine my roof. They addressed the minor issue and he is going to send someone in three weeks to make sure that what he told me about the roof was confirmed. So not only did he send one of his people to throughly examine after install but is sending his people in 3 weeks again to double check just to make sure I am confident that the roof is great. Everything was done in one day and his staff left every clean.

  Four to five star for the great work with the hope no leaks in the rainy season. Five star for the transparency with Ray, Charles, and Daphne. Thanks to them there were a couple of issues that was addressed very well and to satisfaction. Taking pictures are thousand words. I was very happy for Tony and the manager to come out, too. I also like to add the crew were very hard workers and the cleaned up was great. The roof looks great with the hope it’s up to the task to not leak. Thanks again Best Price Roofing!

  The team at Best Price Roofing did a great job replacing my roof in College Park. Charlie Machler was especially helpful and knowledgeble. If I could note room for improvement, it would be customer communication. But, overall, they work very hard and their prices are fair.

  Ray Sarmiento was a pleasure to work with. He sent me the estimate, explained the process and informed me that the company is licensed, has insurance for his employees and the job comes with warranty. I paid the deposit, and he obtained the permit and asked me to get HOA approval since I live in a community. He kept me up to date during the entire process with detailed instructions. The roof was beautifully completed and done well in one day. I made the final payment, and Ray sent me a Paid in Full Receipt plus a special offer to claim a free wind mitigation to save on my homeowners insurance. I am in love with my new roof.
