We purchased a new roof from Best Choice Roofing near the end of April. Our salesman was Josh who was assisted by his supervisor Ray . Our first meeting was at the 🏠 house. I appreciated the factual disposition of Josh and Ray's sales pitch. I don't attend well to the hard sell approach. We needed a roof. Simple as that. We also needed some additional structural materials. They were great at matching our needs to their products. They also assisted us in financing through Best Choice Roofing. One stop shopping for roofs ! On "Roof Day" supplies arrived before the sun ! Shortly thereafter the roofers pulled up and work began. These young men were amazing ! They pulled off the old roof, built the new roof (including sheathing, vents, shingles, soffit, fascia and so much more), cleaned the area, weathered a thunderstorm, ran a magnet over the lawn (can you believe that?) and were on their way home for dinner by dark...leaving me with a brand new beautiful roof ! Great company , tremendous employees, two very happy customers !

I enjoyed working with Best Choice Roofing. From start to finish, all the employees were very professional. I appreciated their patience in working with me and answering my questions and concerns. Our decking was in pretty bad shape and needed extra attention. The only thing I am concerned about is not hearing from them regarding the issue with sealing the sunroom roof where it touches the brick wall. This was discussed with the salesperson during his visit and also, I mentioned that it had not been completed during my follow-up punch visit with the project manager. I was told someone would come back to seal this area of the roof, but I have not received a visit or call. Norma W.

We contacted four companies for inspection and estimates. Including your company we ewcieved 3 estimates, with a wide range of prices. We felt that yours was the best, and the rep who visited us was extremely helpful. At this point we are waiting to schedule our replacement roof. I'll review that after it happens. But so far we are pleased with your company.

Everything went well from inspection to installation of the roof. The sales representative, Raymond Lumpkin along with the roofing team made themselves readily available and went out of their way to insure all questions/concerns were addressed. The roof looks fantastic. The roofers were on time, worked diligently, and did a great job with cleanup.
