  Ms. Wahl you called Bennett Roofing out to access the damage on your property. You informed us that you yourself were an Insurance Adjuster that worked for a different company and you knew how this process worked. You as an adjuster stated you did not think your insurance company paid you enough money for your claim. You already had your estimate from your Insurance Company and provided us a copy of it. You wanted an Xactimate (Very detailed breakdown report). You as an Insurance Adjuster knows the difference between an estimate and an Xactimate. A third party "property adjuster" was brought it in and coordinated with you and completed the process. The invoice you received was from the third party that you met at your property for the Xactimate you requested. Bennett Roofing has paid your invoice as we do our best to keep good business relations with companies that we work with.

  I'm sorry but you have the wrong company as noone from "Bennett" Roofing has spoke with you about an estimate for a roof. We have a data base we use called Aculynx and you are not in our system. Bennett Roofing is a Master Elite Roofing contractor that consists of only 2% of roofing contractors in the United States. Our warranties are backed by GAF and Good Housekeeping. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with "Bonnett" Roofing as we are not familiar with them. You have mistakenly left a bad review for the wrong company.

  Bennett Roofing is an outstanding roofing company! They installed our new roof about eight years ago, and recently returned to do some minor repairs. Their service is prompt, efficient and exceptional! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair! This is a very reliable company!

  We knew that our roof needed replacement, as it was getting old (23 years) and likely had some hail damage; wanted to stay "local" if possible, so called Dan Bennett. Dan promptly came out, toured the roof, and found (& marked) numerous signs of hail. After we submitted an insurance claim at his suggestion, he personally met the insurance adjuster on site (even re-marked spots that rain had washed off!)....we have no doubt that his direct involvement lead to our claim being approved. Rain delayed the roof for a short while, but hottest day of the year saw a crew of 15 (!!) arrive at 7:00 to get started (~ 100 squares) ....Jordo's group was hard-working, polite, and extremely protective of our property throughout (they also followed safety rules!). 4 folks were able to finish the next day. Pablo and his wife arrive d two days later to replace all gutters....great people, great job! Everything was coordinated very smoothly by Allen and Brandon (on-site and in office). As a former Operations VP for a large homebuilder, I know what to "hope for" on any such project....these guys exceeded our expectations from start to finish and we will be forever grateful; highest recommendation!   Bennett roofing was referred to me by one of their customers. Garrett Lee came out 2/23 and inspected the wind damage. He was very good with navigating and communicating the insurance claim process.

  I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Bennett Roofing. From the roof inspection to the roof replacement was under two weeks. Garrett was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind----the entire process was easier than I thought possible! The new roof is beautiful and the shingles are a much higher quality than what we had before.
