Didn’t check existing shingles to make sure we got the right shingles on. When asked about it he got defensive and belligerent.the mailbox didn’t match, what it is supposed to be.when asked, he said well it’s built better now than it was.but it’s not what we wanted.the deck was power washed, but only the lose stain came off and they just painted over the remaining.there was no clean up , they stepped on our yuccas and cannas killing them. Didn’t put things back the way they were, as is supposed to be per insurance claim.and he’s very expensive! Read the contract thoroughly before signing and don’t give the whole first payment.ask for receipt for every purchase and you write the check for it.

Russell, we take all feedback seriously and strive to provide quality workmanship on every project. In your case, the shingle selection and scope of work were discussed and approved prior to installation, and all materials were installed as agreed. We understand that insurance-related projects can sometimes be confusing, especially when it comes to deductibles and coverage, and we do our best to help homeowners navigate that process as smoothly as possible. If there are any remaining concerns, we would be more than willing to review them with you directly and find a resolution. Our goal is always to ensure our customers are satisfied with both the process and the final result.

No words can sufficiently and justifiably describe our satisfaction of Frank's super aggressive act in helping us not only in identifying and fixing our roofing problem but also with the education imparted on us on the layman's engineering aspect of the structure's composition. He clearly identified to us those tiny little features that are vastly important but unnoticed structural aspects that requires vivid attentions. We've had other previous contractor's work done in the past but, Frank and his team's workmanship and ethics are just above the rest. To Frank and his team of professionals, many thanks and with this attitude of yours will surely make lots of customers happy. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!
