Bellingham Roof & Gutter Cleaning

The only one or two-star review we hold for Bellingham Roof & Gutter Cleaning.

Insist on an in-person estimate. Extremely disappointed. First, the quote was received and agreed to (I imagine he used Google maps) without an in-person inspection. Day of scheduled appointment he canceled after the time he was supposed to show up (I had arranged to have someone stay home from work to be there and meet him). On the date of the rescheduled appointment, he showed up, made an excuse about the condition of the roof and refused to honor the quote or do the work. While I respect his decision to not take on the work, had he done an in-person estimate, I would have saved weeks of waiting.

They did a great job on my father's gutters and roof -- efficient communication, affordable prices that were exactly as quoted, and a job well done. Thank you!

Super quick response, they did an excellent job! I really appreciated the fact that after they cleaned the roof and gutters not only did they clear the walk ways but they also cleared the debris of my landscaping. In addition they are one …

Nick did a good job of cleaning our gutters a couple of months ago. Unfortunately for us, you had to be specific with regards to roof treatment. I did not know there were options. Just sprinkling treament over the roof vs a thorough …

Hey Bob, Thank you for your review and I am glad you were happy with part of your service. Unfortunately there is a difference between a Roof Cleaning and a Moss Preventative Treatment. Your request was for a Gutter Cleaning and a powdered Moss Preventative Treatment and there was no mention of a roof cleaning or moss removal. Also you addressed your concerns about the moss treatment after my visit via email and I offered to return if you felt the treatment was not effective but I could not offer a full cleaning since your roof is well over 25 years of age. It looks like from the photos the treatment may not have worked, which can happen especially if we have a heavy rain after application. I am still happy to return and re-apply the treatment if you feel it was un-effective. Feel free to give me a call if you would like me to return and re-apply the treatment or if you have any questions. Thank you, -Nick 360-920-3386

Super convenient, fast, quality service. Sent one email, transparent quote with pricing up front, serviced a few days later. The final cost was the exact same as quoted, no fees or surprises and was easy to pay online. I don't plan on having many gutter issues, but I would hire Nick again if I do.

We've used Nick's services twice now for roof and gutters cleaning and happy to report that he does a thorough job. Our roof looks great and we can hear the gutters draining away. He's very professional and reasonably priced. Thank you Nick!

Unclogged/cleaned my gutters and cleaned the roof. He also made sure I had outside things put away that were below the roof :) Everything looks fantastic and ready for mother natures torment! I will be hitting him up every year. Thanks Nick!

We had never had this done so didn't know what to expect. The roof turned out great but it is a very high pressure system which leaves a lot of debris. Move everything away at least 25 ft. There was little communication and we learned a big lesson. We won't use this type of system again.

Hello Mr. Mills, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Sometimes when roofs and gutters have a lot of accumulated debris and moss, a lot of debris and moss comes off the roof and it may look like high pressure is used due to the amount of debris coming off the roof but we only use low pressure cleaning methods to insure the safety of your roof and to prevent damage. I do recall a fair amount of household items out around the yard and against the house and in retrospect I should have let you know that those should be moved inside due to roof cleaning being a messy process. Thank you again for taking the time to help me to improve my business. Thank you, -Nick

I’ve had my gutters and roof cleaned for years. When I found Nick I realized that my roof was really never cleaned from moss. I recommend him highly. It looks new when he finishes. He cleans up the debris from the ground too.

I was very lucky to find Nick last fall to clean my roof and gutters. He was prompt, professional and priced right. I asked him to return again this spring and the experience again was quite satisfactory. He is a good guy and I will again pay more than his invoice.
