Called on Monday morning for a roof replacement estimate. They said we’ll be out in 3-5 business days. They called me back on Thursday just to say “it’ll be $350 for us to come take a look” no thanks and appreciate you wasting my week, I could have been searching for someone else to come give me a simple timely estimate

We do free estimates for Homeowners ONLY. If you are a realtor or property manager, we do a minimal charge.

Failed to replace a boot 2 times and process has taken almost a year. They have cost me more than 20k in damages due to improper repair the first time and failed to repair the correct boot the second time. My house is infested with mold now due to this company not doing the job they was paid over 3k to do the job 2 times.

They came out to repair a boot on the roof. They caulked it and stood behind the work. Now I have more water damage and I'm not one to make anyone do anything but no talks on who's fixing the damage caused from an improper repair. Highly recommend to find someone else. I would but the hoa owns the roof not me.

Very professional business. They are there for all their customers' needs. Very informative and on top of things. They sit and speak with you about all your concerns and are able to recommend things and services based on their professional opinions.

We just had a metal roof put on our house in SRB and were so pleased with the whole process. From the initial apt with sales, to Kayla in front office and Cody the project manager everything was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. Highly recommend Bel-Mac for your roofing needs.

I'm not going to bring your ratings down by giving you a one star, because it looks like you guys are pretty good at your job from your reviews. But whoever was driving your red truck on the interstate today, East bound from Milton, was …

I have had Bel-Mac do repairs on 2 of my rental properties in the Destin area. All I can say is that all companies should work like this. I call them. They come out and give me a proposal. They come back in a timely fashion and do exactly what they said they would do at a reasonable price. A+

Unbelievable how fast they got the job done, from signing the papers to completion. Roof is perfect, would recommend this company to anyone. Prices were basically unbeatable.

The team at Bel-Mac did a fantastic job with a new roof on my home in SRB. Bel-Mac was the best price among 3 different quotes, very detailed, and questions were answered quickly. They professionally installed my new roof and addressed a couple issues I had with old roof boards. The Roofers were courteous and cleaned everything up nicely. I would highly recommend Bel-Mac for any residential roofing job! (I am a verified customer, Jan 2021).

Bel-Mac did some repair on our tile roof a little over a year ago. After recent heavy rains we realized there was a leak on the section they repaired. The technician examined the issue took ownership even though it was technically past one year since repairs. Admitted it wasn't to their standards and will fix this at no charge. They also offered to walk the roof and perform any minor caulking on areas that need it. Excellent family run company that truly guarantees their work. What more can you ask for?

This was the absolute best company I have ever worked with. They gave an exact quote, kept me aware of the progress, and got the job finished very quickly. I highly recommend !

This old house (over 100 years and counting) had significant issues both structurally and functionally. Bel Mac addressed the issues with professionalism and integrity. My asphalt shingles are gone, the new metal roof is waterproofed and newly flashed AND I have just gone through a significant rain event without any problems whatsoever. I give them all five stars.

We just replaced an 18 year old metal roof on our beach home. The company is very professional. My dealings with them, specifically Louis Palanek, who was my contact person, were top-notch from the initial contact and bidding process through the completion of the job. Louis kept me informed of the progress on an almost daily basis with pictures and commentary (we were out of town during most of the job). The job started and completed on time. We are very happy we chose Bel-Mac and would highly recommend them.
