  Do not use this company. They don't stand behind their work. We had shingles blowing off our roof only three years after they did the job, and they refused to do anything.

  Would not recommend. Workers moved my cameras that were not part of the roof. Left nails all over my drive. 3 cars got flats from the nails left. Pushed down my water heater pipe that goes out. Left trash in my yard. No communication when they arrived.

  We strive for customer satisfaction at Behmer Roofing, however this customer's sequence of events is incorrect. She asked us to perform repairs based off of a budget that we provided in a free inspection report, and all we asked was for her (or the buyer / seller) to formally approve our contract for us to proceed with the work, and she continually declined, and still demanded that we show up. We haven't been in business for 40 years because we are unreliable.

  We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. The finished roof looks amazing and has completely transformed the appearance of our home. What impressed us most was the cleanup. When the job was finished, the crew left our property spotless. They took the time to thoroughly clean up all debris, nails, and materials, making it look like they were never even there. The quality of the workmanship, excellent communication, and pride they took in their work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.   Best experience with a contractor ever! The crew was professional, friendly and respectful. The team was very knowledgable, hardworking and timely. They were here everyday when they said they would be. Also, the end of day clean-up was always done with great care. I have and will continue to recommend Behmer Roofing!

  Although I only took a single star away, overall I cannot say I was particularly happy with my experience and probably would not recommend them. The office communicated consistently, however onsite communication was nearly non-existent. Unfortunately the first workers arrived during school drop off and and I was only barely able to acknowledge that I was expecting them and they were clear to start working (communicating via my video doorbell is always a challenge). Spoke with a worker later briefly to establish where the dump truck should be parked and that was it. Perhaps my expectations were off, but I fully expected to be contacted by the onsite foreman that first day to review the work to be done but that never happened. Project took a few days and on the day that the office had communicated that they expected the work to be completed, the workers cleaned up and left. No review of the work, discussion of anything they found that might have been concerning, no feedback on the job whatsoever. The office had mentioned that they would be leaving early and might not confirm completion until Monday, however I still expected something from the onsite team. Not a roof guy, but when reviewing the results myself, some of the work looked a bit rough and definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as the original. Not that I could or can say anything was done bad or was "wrong", but there were a few areas where larger "trays"?? were installed. I could see that these larger parts would probably provide better drainage, but the "finish" are the trays was much rougher that the original. Ultimately emailed the office with my concerns regarding the work, lack of communication, and uncertainty that they were actually finished since no one spoke to us when they left. I did receive a response from the foreman(??) that he would be out Monday to perform a final signoff. Unsure if this Monday visit was always the plan or only planned in response to my email as prior communic

  Behmer Roofing exceeded our expectations! The crew worked hard and took pride in their work. On top of that they were very polite and considerate. We received four bids and they were by far the best.
