We hired BearBuild Roofing & Construction to upgrade our roof framing by adding the required third nail to our hurricane clips in Panama City Beach. Stas was professional, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly. It’s great knowing our home is better prepared for Florida storms. If you need hurricane clip upgrades, roof repairs, or a reliable roofing contractor in Panama City Beach, I highly recommend BearBuild Roofing & Construction.

BearBuild did an awesome job on our house in PCB. Stas was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and the crew worked hard and kept everything clean. Roof came out great and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend them.

I got in touch with BigBear Roofing through their website on a Saturday morning after discovering a small water leak in my metal roof above my HVAC system in a closet. Stas called me about 20 minutes later. He told me he could come out on Monday to take a look at. When he arrived on Monday, he got up on the roof and found the problem. He fixed within a couple of hours and also checked my roof out. He was FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend him & his company. Steve Cummings

My husband is very picky about home repairs, but even he was impressed. He followed the crew around the first morning, asking a ton of questions, and they answered everything with patience and professionalism. We both felt in good hands and now we feel safe with our new roof. Thank you Bear Build!

We were juggling roof work and a newborn baby — stressful! But this team was incredibly respectful. They kept the noise as low as possible, didn’t leave any mess, and even helped us bring in a heavy box from the porch one morning. Above and beyond.
