  I went with a VERY GOOD Roofing Company and NO disappointments, whatsoever! Not like this Company. To the response. Bryan knew from the beginning that I needed all the information for the Insurance Company. Why wasn’t I told at that time about the charges? UPDATE: After requesting for pictures and a Summary of the Inspection done by Brian because I, specifically, asked him for all of it, so I could have my Homeowners Insurance, reopen my Claim. All I received was an itemized Ledger of how much it'd cost to replace my roof, metal and mop bitumen style. I kept calling and texting Bryan. Now another guy answers me, when I called over a month ago and he said I would have to PAY $350 to get it inspected ,report and pictures. I HAD it Inspected already by them! Why didn't I get anything from that, except a Itemized list of a new roof! What Insurance Company would open it up again, with just that. I'm VERY disappointed and feel like I've been treated unfairly and unethical by them! Bad Customer service and want money ,a new roof and since I can't afford it, I am ignored,is what it boils down to. Shame on them. Oh they did email me Attorneys names who I can hire to push my Insurance. Yeah, I have that kind of money. Terrible, just Terrible They care about the Customer and it shows. They're not just, Lip Service, they do what they say they're going to do. Very Professional and friendly, Staff, who works with you to meet your satisfaction.

It appears there was some confusion between the free estimate we provided and a formal roof inspection report. Our free estimates include a visit from a team member to assess the roof and generate an itemized proposal for replacement or repairs. This is a standard offering and comes at no cost to the homeowner. A formal inspection report—often required for insurance claims—involves much more detail. It includes a written summary, supporting photos, and specific documentation prepared for insurance adjusters. Because of the time and liability involved in creating these reports, there is a charge for that service. When you later requested this documentation, our team explained the fee structure for that level of reporting. We understand that navigating insurance claims and roofing needs can be stressful, especially when finances are tight. Our goal is never to make anyone feel dismissed or unsupported. The attorney names we shared were intended to provide helpful resources in case you needed legal assistance in pursuing your claim—not as a replacement for service. We care about every customer we work with and remain committed to clear communication and professional service.   1. Im told the job (1000sf) will take 1 day with a max of 2 days for tear off and re shingle - IT TOOK 19 Days and a call to the owner to get it completed then. 2.The $9k roof I paid for looks terrible due them having to re do several things for the shingles not to blow off. The vents they first installed were not the same color, were (and still are) uneven and crooked. I informed them (and was billed in the beginning for) the fireplace flu and a vent pipe were to be removed and we're not and had to have the shingles pulled back/off and PATCHED!! 3.They used sub contractors for my job- and no one knew what was going on (see issues above) 4. I have old shingles (and nails!)left in the the yard, shingle chunks in the windows 5I can go on, but you get the idea- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  I would not do Business with them. The owner took money, left job unfinished and did not pay the supply house.

You are not our customer so if your review is truly about a roofing project that was done on your home you need to confirm your contractors company name & leave the review on their company. Our suppliers have always been paid & this is easily verified. If you are unable to locate your contract sales info online to review the correct company feel free to send me a copy of your contract for your roof replacement & I will assist you.   Will recommend Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC. They were responsive and knew what they were doing. The repair was completed shortly after approval of estimate and I would highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC for any roof repair. They will be my roofing company for future roof work.

  Austin found my leak right away, and fixed it immediately. He used some caulking that I had, and didn't charge me a thing! I had gotten on the roof myself but didn't see what he saw! Thanks Austin!

  I had a leak in my roof and called Certified Roofing Solutions. Austin and Hunter came out the same day, quickly found the issue, and repaired it right away.
