  I see your response below. What office am I reaching out to? I've already spoken with the Jacksonville, Florida office with no advail. Not willing to be talked to in a harsh and unprofessional manner by that office again. I contacted the corporate office and no one returned my call.....weeks ago. Update: They sent out another person to inspect my roof, who showed up TWENTY MINUTES LATE, and completed a trinkling water test in FIVE minutes. Their secretary called me afterwards to say they are NOT repairing ANYTHING because they feel the leak is coming from the chimney cap. She wanted to dispute my concern of what the previous inspector told me regarding the leak coming from the rotted wood and/or the chimney cap. This Jacksonville office NEEDS MUCH TO BE DESIRED! They lack customer service!!! I contacted their corporate office. Waiting on response. WORSE ROOFING COMPANY EVER!!! I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! We had our roof installed LESS THAN TWO YEARS AGO! Last week it started leaking in the SAME place it was leaking prior to the new roof installation! They had a technician come out last week to inspect the leak and he noticed that the chimney cap needed to be replaced and the wood around the flash needs to be replaced. He told me "no worries, we'll take care of it inside and outside". Interesting how we had TWO people inspect our roof prior to accepting their quote! One was a salesperson and the other was a supervisor! WHY DIDN'T AT LEAST ONE OF THEM NOTICE THE CHIMNEY CAP NEEDED REPLACEMENT!!! When I called today to speak with a supervisor and explained that to him, the supervisor I spoke to seem MORE interested in disputing with me versus making his customer happy after we spent over $20,000 for our roof! He wanted to dispute the fact that they were NOT going to "own" that it was THEIR fault. It was NOT mentioned in either quote the need for a chimney cap replacement!!! He had NO customer service skills NOR management skills! He was VERY RUDE AND MY SATISF

  The worst company I have ever dealt with I am 71 and this is the worst I have ever seen. Never return phone calls. Quoted a price with all the material there a week late they added $1700 for extra materials all the materials were there you didn't add any.the worst I bave ever dealt with.

  My roof was repaired on 10/ 19/22 and on 11/10/22 my ceiling was leaking and shingles were coming off.I’ve been in my house for 7 years and I’ve never had and roof or leak issues.I reached out to them and no one called me back, until l reached out to the finance company and Better Business Bureau. They also damaged my siding but that still have not been addressed.(pictures shown) They sent someone out yesterday who was very clueless he did not know what he was doing. I had to go to work so l wasn’t home when he finished. This morning l looked at my house and he caulked my whole upstairs. The issue with the leak has not been fixed.l have pictures shown below. I called the project manager and he tells me they did me favor by caulking my house.I will be taking them to court for damages.

  This is the roofing company the insurance assigned for our claim and they were incapable of handling the claim appropriately. They seem to be more interested in helping the insurance company then the clients they are suppose to serve. They were suppose to follow up with me and I never heard back, definitely better off looking elsewhere. Even the insurance company said we were probably better off getting our own roofing company and filing the claim separately. Our claim was for something very simply and minor because our roof is fairly new, this could have been addressed the same day they came to do the inspection, but it cost the insurance company more to place an entire tarp ($1200) for a quarter size hole! This is why our insurance rates keep going up and up in the state of Florida 🤦🏻‍♀️ Look elsewhere!

After visiting and inspecting your roof, we wrote a no-weather-related damage letter, and your insurance company denied the claim. Tadlock Roofing does not make claim determinations, as we provide our professional opinion and defer to your insurance company on the remainder.

  Company has been around 45 years. Jacksonville staff has little or no knowledge of roofing. Very inexperienced, faking it by just telling you what you want to hear to appease you. Don’t follow scope of work in signed contract, then want to charge extra to complete the contracted scope of work. They charge huge amounts of money for wood replacement that is not documented and never was done. This is legit. The Jacksonville office is not being legit. I stood up for these customers, and yes, couple of them were made right, few others were not. If Google has any questions or concerns as to the validity of what has been written, have them call or email me and I’ll provide contact info. This review needs to remain posted for legitimate reasons so potential future customers understand the risk

  If you are looking for a company that will drag their feet when it comes to fixing mistakes that they made, look no further. Check out the shingle color they felt would be the closest match to our current shingles. We continue to be told our repair is a priority but unfortunately that has not been relayed in their actions. We have had an incredibly bad experience with Tadlock and would not recommend them.

  The entire process was very smooth. The technician was easy to access, courteous and professional… went above and beyond to assist me with my quote. I was given a fair price (based on two other quotes). I received timely information about when the job would start and what to expect (e.g. dumpster and supply deliveries). I highly recommend Tadlock-who I trust with my roof!

  Very professional , courteous , extremely knowledgeable with the problems that existed with my roof, because half of it was ancient metal . Cleaned off the old metal and wood and replaced it with new plywood , cleaned up the whole entire project and done it in one day . It looks fantastic . Thanks Tadlock

  This was the kindest, most professional group I have dealt with in some time. The job was completed ahead of schedule, even though several roof boards had to be replaced once the shingles revealed damage and warping. The only suggestion I might have is to have a team leader for each job, someone I could have contacted about everything. It seemed every question that arose required my speaking to a new person. But we are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Tadlock wholeheartedly.

  We had a different company recommend a full replacement and reached out to Tadlock for a second opinion. Justin confirmed that our roof is in great condition and that it was an AC duct with condensation causing the water damage to the ceiling. We appreciate a company with integrity and would recommend them to friends based on their honesty. Thank you!
