  Not a good company to start with if you only need to have repairs. Like others have pointed out, you have to pay $200 up front and they don't guarantee they'll make the repairs you request. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who doesn't require money up front. The first thing they will tell you is you need a whole new roof (even though mine is only 5 years old and has passed 3 other inspections). After going back and forth I finally found out that there were 2 contributing issues to my leak. I asked to only have 1 repaired for now, but was refused unless I paid to have both issues fixed. After clearing it with his manager, I finally got a quote back to fix the 1 issue. I told them to move forward with that, but I guess he forgot to submit the quote until I contacted them again a week later. When the invoice arrived it didn't reflect the $200 that I paid up front (which it was supposed to). When I brought that up they told me it was already included in the invoice even though it didn't reflect it. It's obvious they don't want to waste their time on jobs that aren't filling their pockets.

  So I paid $1000 (175 for consult and 825 for fixing) for them to fix my roof. Check was cashed May 4, 2023. They fixed an area of 2'x2', This weekend I noticed an area RIGHT BESIDE the area "they fixed" that I think needed looking at (I saw it from the inside just as noticed the other leak). It hasn't even been 60 days and for them to come out and check the area, I would have to pay ANOTHER $175. It's not like it was 6 months later- but whatever. And then, I put not responsive because when I called at 10:46 this morning, the person I needed to talk to was on a conference call and I was told she would call me back when the CCall was over. Well, I ended up calling them at 2:50pm because I pretty sure that a conference call didn't last 4 hours. The girl on the phone didn't even know who I was, who I needed to talk to or what I was talking about

  Roof was removed before new materials were delivered, it rained for 5 days after causing 7 leaks in my ceiling, when I sent pictures the office manager claimed they were old water stains and called me a liar, she also told me if I did not pay the other half of the money owed a lean would be placed on my home, I sent pictures from 2 days before the roof was removed showing proof the leaks were not there, NEVER received an apology, the workers kicked and ripped my gutters off the house, when I called asking if they were going to put them back, the same person who called me a liar said, we don't do gutters, I said, I just want MY gutters put back, they stuck them up but not correctly so we now have to get new gutters because they're all cracked and broken, they sent someone to paint the water damaged spots and the last day he was here, he got called away from finishing my damages tocaused by them, so he could paint the owners daughters trim around the interior doors in her house and I trustingly gave him the final payment check to take back with him and never saw him again. I also spoke to an employee of a local business that said the roof Centennial repaired in two of their locations leaked so bad after the repairs, the ceiling caved in, in two offices. I was treated horribly, yelled at over the phone, threatened that I would have a lean put on my home and all I asked for was the damages to be properly repaired, I still need gutters and my roof is not the color I requested. Addendum: owner wrote a response to my review and told MANY untruths, unlike them I will not call them a liar, because for all I know, they are just stating what they were told, my roof DID NOT have major damage, it only had a few bent, and scraped up shingles, my insurance company said it needed replaced. I NEVER had old leaks in my ceiling before they came out and we have pictures to prove it, I did NOT pick the color shingles they put on, maybe the sales person wrote the wrong ones down, I simpl

  We've experienced four leaks since the roof was installed. They make no attempt to remove wet insulation or paint water stains unless we call them back to do so. Very little communication, they show up and leave after they are done with no explanation of what they repaired or why it leaked in the first place. They also told me which skylights to buy from Lowes and told me the day of installation they were the wrong size. I then had to pay for skylights nearly double the price from one of their distributors. I realize our community has experienced a tremendous disaster and we have been more than patient with this company. With that said, there have been too many issues to recommend this company.

  All in company are very pleasant to wok with, from office to crew, came in did a great job, cleaned up after and had job done in one day, I would recommend if you need roof repair work of any kind. Thomas Bugg

  They were helpful in selecting the new roofing material, showed up when expected, did the work and cleaned up when they left. Since then, I have used their annual roof inspection service to keep everything in good shape. They are very nice to work with. I would use them again.

  Quick response and quote. They fabricated a chimney cap and installed it. I didn’t climb on the roof to check it out. It was difficult finding someone to fabricate the cap.

  All personnel that I had contact with during this roof repair displayed outstanding professionalism, especially Blake. He kept me up to date on my repair daily. When i need any type roof repair or replacement I will contact his office. And I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

  I used Centennial Roofing after they were recommended by someone I trust. I had filed a claim with my insurance for damage done to my roof and then received a small check for repairs but then a week later received a non renewal notice unless I had my entire roof replaced within a seemingly impossibly short timeframe . It was a very stressful experience and Mike came out quickly to check out my roof, and wrote me up an estimate. Once the paperwork was signed and the permits were pulled Mike was able to get a crew out here and they not only replaced the roof but replaced some siding around my chimney where they saw it needed replacing as well. Not only was the work done before the deadline of my non renewal notice, but I was able to get a wind mitigation and full roof inspection done before then too. The inspector said they not only did a great job on the roof but they used a material under the shingles that adds an extra layer of waterproofing in the event I ever lose shingles and that it will likely get me a discount on my insurance once he writes up the inspection report. I can’t recommend this company enough. Even the office staff was so helpful every step of the way.
