I had an excellent experience with Bear Roofing from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They clearly took pride in their workmanship, and the finished roof looks fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Bobby answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and followed through on everything he promised. His professionalism and responsiveness made the entire experience stress-free. Wow, choosing Bear Roofing to give our home the beauty and design aesthetic of a new roof has been a home run! It was such a pleasure to meet Bobby and Lori. Their explanation of the process, various product choices and expectations took away any stress we had since this was the first time we have had a roof replaced. Prompt with meetings and correspondence, service way beyond 5 stars. When the day came, the team accompanied by Bobby and Lori started immediately with covering areas around the house to protect shrubbery etc. from falling debris. They took care when removing the old roof, finding and fixing areas necessary before applying the new installation. It was amazing to see the final product and exciting to see our choice of color implemented changing the look of our home. The team cleaned the area so well, it was as if they were never here, except for leaving us with a jewel to admire every day! We highly recommend Bear Roofing. Once you meet Bobby and Lori, you will realize you are in good hands.

Wow! Sure, 5 stars, but this really starts more like about 14 ½ stars. From the day Bobby and Lori came by to assess our needs to the very finish, that high level of customer service hasn’t been seen since the old days of customer service. Every time Bobby spoke about a process, that’s what happened 100% of the time… which was less than a week from first look to finish. His crew was on time, polite, and the precision and craftsmanship were unbelievable. I mean, this is 2026… who tucks their shirttail in? Who smiles every time you pass by? And they left after ONLY ONE DAY, and left our home just like they found it but with a beautiful new roof. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say this… if we had known all this when we started the process, we wouldn’t have bothered trying to gather quotes. I’m not one to write reviews very often, but this one’s different. Call Bear Roofing… you’ll be glad you did, especially if you’re in need of a whole roof replacement. These guys are amazing…

Marc, we’re honestly blown away by your kind words. Reviews like yours remind us why we started Bear Roofing in the first place. From the moment we met you and Joan our goal was simple: treat your home the way we’d want our own home treated and do exactly what we say we’re going to do. Your comments about our crew, communication, and attention to detail mean more than you know. We believe great roofing is about more than shingles, it’s about trust, respect, and leaving people better off than when we found them. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your roofing project and for taking the time to share your experience. Customers like you make what we do truly rewarding. Welcome to the Bear Roofing family, we’re always here if you ever need us. Gratefully, Bobby, Lori & the Bear Roofing Team 🐻❤️

Bobby and Tina was great to work with. I thought when we got an inspection from our insurance company (Major) that we didn't have a problem. Just so happened that Bobby came by and knock on our door to tell be he sees hail damage. I thought if he was willing to get on top of our roof that he would be honest enough to tell us the truth. I was surprised to find out that we did have damage and today after an excellent job we have a new roof along with our storage shed. I appreciate the care in making this happen and how hard it was to make sure we got everything our insurance company didn't want us to have. I recommend Bear roofing to anyone looking for a great job and when he and his crew left it was like they were never here. Thanks Bobby!

We were recommended by my mother to call Bobby, he replaced her roof recently and did an excellent job! We had him replace the roof on our back patio and love it! We can enjoy being outside even during a beautiful rain storm and we're completely dry! Bobby stays in great communication, he explains everything he's doing, very professional! We are scheduling to have him do our entire roof next! We recommend Bear Roofing!
