These guys were great. After multiple quotes they provided a huge value. On time, prompt, great crew, easy permitting and wind mitigation reports. I felt silly after realizing I see their trucks on west beach all the time. Grateful that I kept looking through Google and found them. Thank you!

Can I give 10 stars? Terry is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. He and his team go above and beyond. The roof is perfect and the price was very fair.

Wow, wish we had more stars to give! We are new homeowners who were put in a crappy position by insurance. They issued a policy and then dropped us a few days after we closed the loan. Needless to say we were panicked and needing a roof ASAP! We called several roofers that we found on google- most didn’t answer- but we were able to get several quotes. Terry @ Bayside roofing answered right away and every single time I called (I had lots of questions). He had a quote over to me within an hour and the quote was very competitive. At the end of the day the customer service he provided trumped EVERY company we talked to. Bayside was accommodating to our timeline and got us on the schedule right away! The team was efficient and professional. We now have a brand new shiny roof, insurance and peace of mind! I’m not sure how you make buying a roof a pleasant experience but he did! We will recommend Bayside roofing to anyone who will listen 😊

I am a Realtor in the area for 22 years in South Walton 30-A area. My client needed a roof certification letter ASAP and I called 8 roofing companies and left messages. Mr. Barrett answered his phone at 7:30 am went to the property and provided the required documentation and photos within several hours for a very reasonable fee. Great service, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend. Melissa Clement’s Compass 30A

One of the best companies I have ever worked with. Terry was so nice and professional. His prices are competitive and his crew worked quickly and left no mess behind. He helped me file the paperwork with the county for the roof and the entire process was seamless. Loving my new metal roof. Thanks, Bayside!

Always professional and always responds. My new roof looks amazing! They even ran a big magnet around my yard to pick up all of the extra nails. Highly recommend this company.
