  Worst roofing experience we've ever had. Their crew started stripping the roof on a day there was 80 percent chance of rain and sure enough it rained all day on exposed decking ruining the inside of our house. There was only one member of the crew on the roof trying to tarp it while it was raining, the rest didn't even care to help.

  contractors left roof uncovered and protected prior to a rainstorm and caused thousands of dollars in damage to interior of home. Matt (owner) called us and let him know the contractors would be there Monday morning 06/29/2020, contractors were at my home and working on the roof, they worked on my roof from about 630 am to approx. 8 pm that evening, not completing it. Matt called to verify that things went well that day, we let him know that they did and he said they would be back the next day. On 06/30/2020 no one showed up. On 07/01/2020 contractors were back out working on the flat roof and finishing the back half of my roof, they left about 530 pm that day. My husband noticed that fascia boards had been busted and there was tar all over the drip edge. As well as shingles hanging over the side of the flat roof, there was still paper on the far right corner of the roof where shingles had not been laid. Matt said they would get it cleaned up and taken care of. On 07/02/2020 no one showed up. On 07/03/2020 no one had been to our house yet. My husband called Matt to see when someone would be there at that point Matt said that they were finished and the job was completed. My husband told Matt that no it wasn't complete the flat roof was not done, there was still paper on my roof, the fascia board were still busted and tar was still on the drip edge. Around 130 that afternoon a storm started to roll in. Water was pouring in my house, ice chests full of water filling up faster that we could get it out, the entire length of the flat roof because the roof was not completed. Through the door frames, through the walls, through the ceiling in the living room, kitchen, under my wood floors, the master bedroom carpet and 2 bathrooms the out door covered patio plywood. My husband called Matt and told him it was raining in the house.   Matt is so kind, I needed help fixing some storm damaged shingles before another storm came in and they were on it so fast! Other roofers say they’ll come and forget about you but Matt was awesome!

  We had our new roof installed this week, and I am very pleased. The craftsmanship was perfect, the crew was courteous, and the construction area was completely cleaned up. The price was fair, and the owner called just to verify that we were completely satisfied. Great job!   We had a great experience getting a new roof with Bayou State. Everything was done in a timely manner. Our liaison Tandi knew the business and explained everything from start to finish. The roof looks great and the roofing crew cleaned up exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend.

  Always done amazing work for us. Have used them numerous times for all our roofing repairs. and they are by far the biggest bang for the buck!!! Would recommend to anyone for anything!!

  Tandi and Ray were so kind and got to me as quickly as possible when my roof started leaking after an excessive amount of rain. I truly am so thankful for their kindness and how responsive they were. Ray even took the time to explain in detail what was causing the issue. I definitely will use them again if ever needed.
