  Paid over 23,000 for new siding and roof! Had t 1-11 before and they used concrete hardie board 2nd story top , they didn’t line up top half to match bottom half with excuses why and used flat headed nails , like a thousand of them it looks horrible especially since painted With dents in board that shows after paint I told them I wasn’t happy about nails and owner was rude as heel yelling at me on phone, as far as roof the workers stepped in tar and tracked in multiple places on my roof left at least a hundred rubber bands on roof, and tar on siding and metal trim have many pictures to show it! We’re sloppy as hell , Walter the foreman was nice and had to clean up after them! they are not siding experts at all and I wouldn’t ever recommend them, in fact neighbor talked to them and I told him don’t use and he didn’t ! Worst money I ever spent !

  Charged me double on 2 different credit cards. Completely rude over the phone. The workers were nice but the accountant Rich was very rude.

  They did some very minor roof repairs for us and, in doing so, inexplicably pulled my credit report. I called to ask why since I never applied for any credit financing and the inquiry was negatively impacting my credit score (which is otherwise categorized as 'excellent'). On top of that, I don't recall ever providing the information needed to pull a credit report such as SSN, etc. I am curious about their methods. Regardless, the lady who answered was a little snotty when I suggested that this may be illegal, and she shot back that they are a 'multi-million dollar company' and their attorneys likely have it covered. I had to hold in a laugh at the 'multi-million dollar company' characterization -- I guess she impresses herself with that, and maybe her family members. A few million dollars in revenue does not a large company make. Anyway, she told me that there was a section at the back of the contract I signed that stated my credit would be pulled. Again, I don't recall seeing this nor providing information (like my SSN) that would be needed to do this. All that I recall seeing is an invoice and possibly an SOW. I recommend using someone who won't frivolously and secretly pull your credit report for a few bucks in roof repair. Otherwise, the workmanship was fine.

  Carl and his crew did a fabulous job replacing my roof. They included ensuring that the gutters and downspouts were cleaned and working. They left the lawn cleaner than it was before they started.

  Have used Bay Area Roofing several times for leak repairs. Each time the repair was completed in a timely manner. They provided photos of what was going on so that I could see exactly the problem. I highly recommend them.

  Bay Area Roofing recently replaced our roof right before the summer storms started. We have been completely satisfied. They provided a seamless process from start to finish. The team is professional and helpful answering all questions. I would suggest Bay Area Roofing if you want an excellent job completed.

  You want a company you can count on... just like the roof over your head. Bay Area Roofing was professional and meticulous. Showed pictures of the problem areas along with a reasonable bid for solutions. Showed up on time. Cleaned up when done. Supervisor Michael was especially helpful and communicative throughout the process ensuring every detail was attended to. Grateful to have found a company that has distinctions in integrity.

  After Hurricane Ian we needed a complete tear off, and replacement of our barrel tile roof, they had a good selection, they did a complete thorough job, getting permits, inspecting the work, and continually cleaned up everyday. I highly recommend them!

  My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof that was installed by Bay Area Roofing. Our roof was damaged in hurricane Ian and our insurance company approved a roof replacement. We contacted three companies for a quote. From the very beginning we were impressed with Bay Area Roofing. We accepted their quote and from that moment on they communicated with us on a regular basis, they notified us well in advance when work would be done. During each step of the process they completed the work in a timely manner and the work site was left clean and ready for the next phase. We are extremely pleased with the finished product.   The roof itself I hope is ok. The roofer with a long nail punctured a water pipe in my attic. Big leak and damage. The roofers completely ruined my leaf filters. Did not know how to replace them. I had to call leaf filters to come out and fix the damage. It cost me $420. I’m still waiting for my ceiling to be painted.
