I called this company because I was in need of a repair on one of my downspouts. I was told immediately that they had a minimum charge of $450.00 no matter the job size. I would hope that the economy doesn't take more of a downturn after they have turned away what would have been loyal customers.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns regarding our minimum service charge. Allow me to provide some context to help clarify our pricing structure. In the gutter repair industry, it's common for companies to implement a minimum service fee to cover operational expenses such as travel time, equipment, and insurance. These fees ensure that we can continue to provide quality service while managing these costs. We are a fully licensed and insured company, committed to delivering professional and reliable services. We strive to balance our pricing to remain competitive while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect.

Called Bautista roofing in April for a quote in May. Franco showed up on time to meet me and was honest and straight forward with his quote. Franco gave me a reasonable price that was very budget friendly. He met and exceeded all my needs and started work earlier than planned. Work was clean and pictures were taken of the completed work. Great company I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Franco and his crew were awesome. He communicated well every step of the way, answered my questions and gave me a fair price. His crew were polite, clean and respectful. They did what they said they were going to do, when he said they'd do it, for a fair price. Will definitely recommend.

Thank you for the review, Lisa. We also want to thank you for that day you told us not to clean up in the backyard because it was really hot outside. it was really nice of you to worry about us.

I generally do not rank a company for services rendered a five out of five, but I honestly have to do it now! Franco Bautista Roofing Company is an all-around roofing and home repairs service provider. I contacted them for a roof replacement, and Mr Bautista immediately scheduled an appointment. He evaluated the roof’s condition, provided a reasonable cost proposal based on both the roof’s condition and my financial situation, and completed the roof replacement within the scheduled timeframe. Mr. Bautista’s employees were professional and skilled in their work. They arrived on time, respected the property while performing the work, and efficiently cleaned up the area each work day! Mr. Bautista is extremely knowledgeable in the roofing trade, respectful, flexible, and always available to ask questions. He responds promptly, whether in person, by text or by phone. He also follows up on the progress of the work and seeks clarification if needed. Because of my highly satisfactory experience with Mr. Bautista’s work and services, I decided to hired them again to perform other repair services at another home! I highly recommend the Bautista Company for your roofing and home repair needs! It takes a good team to provide good customers service, and Mr. Bautista has that specialized team! I guarantee you will not be disappointed! The Bautista Company is now my go to for all my home repair needs. Customer from the 209

They did a great job on our roof restoration. Franco is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. His crew is hard working and diligent. Their prices are reasonable, the work result was excellent. I highly recommend Franco Bautista and his company for any roof work. After seeing his work, we signed up for the twice annual inspection and gutter cleaning.

From start to finish Franco did everything that he explained to me over the phone. He kept me apprised of the entire process. I would use this company again for sure.

As we started this roof’s tear-off, we discovered extensive wood rot and water damage along the eaves and overhangs. Years of moisture intrusion compromised the fascia boards and roof decking from the inside out. Before installing the new roofing system, all damaged wood will be replaced to restore the roof’s structural integrity. Built right starts underneath the shingles.Jun 22, 2026Call now
