Requested a roof replacement estimate. A Bauer employee showed up on 3/28/23. Inspected the inside house ceiling for leaks, took photos inside attic and went up on roof. Requested estimates for three tab and architectural roof replacement. The roof estimates were never received. Perhaps the job was too small?

We contacted Bauer to provide an estimate to replace a roof being covered by insurance. When they found out we were getting 3 estimates at the request of the insurance company, this was their reply by text: "If she is getting three estimates to do the work one one of them does not need to be mine. I know I won't be the lowest but I could be the highest regardless since I wont be the lowest there's no need to give a bid because they certainly will take the lowest which ever that is."

Want to thank Bauer for arranging replacement of our metal porch roof after storm damage and after getting a runaround or being ghosted by some others. The sub did solid work, and one small issue (small bit of flashing not screwed diwn) was handled promptly.
