  Left a message on voice mail for someone to call me concerning a roof problem, no return call, 2 days later called back,, talked with a person and they promised a phone call back the same day or next day. Never got a call back,,,terrible service.

  Hi Bill. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I see you contacted us for an estimate in August of 2017 and we did get back right back to you with a free quote for repairing roughly 6-8 missing shingles and addressing several other areas on your steep roof where the shingles were delaminating. At that time you said you thought our price of $495 was too high. It appears we didn't do those repairs for you. You contacted us again in December of 2020 with concerns about hail damage, at which time we provided you a complimentary roof inspection report complete with photos and detail. There was no charge for this and we told you there was easily 5 years of life remaining on your roof. You contacted us again on 6/2/22 because you had an active leak. It was assigned to the same person that was out there the other 2+ times but due to the tornado and hail storms, this inspector was not able to get back to you in the timeframe you desired. Typically our girls in the office will explain that it could take 48 hours for one of our inspectors to reach back out to you for scheduling, because when we are busy, the guys are out in the field from sunrise to sunset. You stated in your review that we provide terrible service but we provided you very timely service for no charge on at least 2 other occasions in the past 5 years. That being the case, I would hope that you would have some grace for us during this very busy time. Please take care.

  I called Basey's because our roof is leaking. I was told that I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. After the 48 hours passed, I called them again. Was told the guy would be out that day or the next. I called in the afternoon the next day (Friday) to make sure he would come. He did and he was nice. I was happy and thought all would be good. He said he'd be by tomorrow but didn't give a time. My husband wanted me to find out a time. I called his cell phone right after he left and he didn't answer. On Saturday afternoon, I texted and then an hour later tried to call him if he still planned to come by and never heard from him. He texted me on Monday to say he'd be by in the afternoon or tomorrow. No thank you. I called another roofing company. This was not what I expected at all.

  Hi Tandi. The inspector said he ran out of daylight that Saturday, but it looks like he didn't communicate that to you right away like he should have. There is no excuse and I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

  Nick's team put new larger gutters and leaf barriers on my house. The old gutters had filled up with silt which made them real heavy to remove. They took care of that and put new ones up in the same day, now I don't have water over running my old gutters, all the water is directed away from the house. Excellent job!

  We had a shingle fall off and mentioned it to Nick while he was working in the neighborhood. After finishing up next door, he came right over and took care of it for us. Super helpful and professional—really appreciated the quick response and kindness. Highly recommend Basey Roofing!

  When I called about a leak Dylan was here the very next day sealed the leak and fixed another problem area while on the roof. Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

  Nick and his team are fantastic. After a recent storm with a lot of area damage he took time out to come and personally look at our roof damage, and fixed it quickly. Nick is an honest, good guy and very service oriented—he gets the job done right. Highly recommend him and his crew.

  Kudos to Nick G and his team at Basey’s roofing. After the recent storms on 5/26, we had a huge walnut fall on our roof and deck! When others couldn’t, Nick sent his crew out and got us secured and tarped before the next big rain, mitigating even more damage! Prompt, professional and honest. Excellent communication throughout. What a great group of pros stepping up to help the community in NWA. .
