I had an excellent experience with Barnes Family Roofing. Sebastian was quick to respond and walked me through every part of the roof replacement, from the tear-off to the final cleanup. He also helped with the insurance process so the repair was fully covered, which made everything simple and stress free for me. The crew completed the full roof tear down and installation in just one day, and they left the property very clean when the job was finished. They also answered my questions about skylight work and future gutter repairs, which gave me a lot of confidence in their roofing service. If you need a new roof, skylight installation, or help with roof or gutter damage in Sacramento, I highly recommend this team and would gladly use them again.

Barnes Family Roofing really stands out in my book. An elderly family member had some roof flashing come loose, and we reached out after 6 pm. Even though it was later in the evening, they got back to us quickly, kept us updated, and came …

Excellent customer service from start to finish for my roofing-related project. The estimators for the leaf guard gutters and solar tubes were slightly delayed, but they both called ahead to let me know, which I appreciated. It was only a short wait, and the communication was very professional. Isaiah and Ernest carefully explained the different options for gutters and solar tubes, answered my questions clearly, and helped schedule the installation. Darius arrived on time for the solar tube installation, completed the work with great attention to detail, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the finished result. I was also very impressed with the office staff whenever I called for information about the project, materials, and scheduling. The whole team was courteous, organized, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for gutters, solar tubes, and other roofing services, and I plan to use them again for additional work.

We’ve used this roofing team twice now, and both times the service was great. A while back we had a major roof leak that showed up in our kitchen, and they came out the very next day to provide an estimate. More recently, we noticed another …

We were dealing with a very stressful roofing problem as our older roof started to wear out fast. A few leaks had already caused some interior water damage, so we knew we needed a reliable roofer right away. We felt very fortunate to find a …

patrick came out to inspect our roof after we noticed a leak. A few other roofing contractors had looked at it too and pushed for a full roof replacement, but patrick quickly spotted the real problem from the ground and handled the repair in about 15 minutes. He explained that our roof still had good life left and suggested we wait before doing a full replacement. With many years of roofing experience, he knew exactly what to check and how to fix it right the first time. The repair work was solid, honest, and saved us a lot of money. We really appreciated the clear communication, fast response, and the fact that he focused on the actual issue instead of trying to sell us a bigger job. it is hard to find that kind of trust and skill in roofing, and i would gladly recommend him to anyone needing roof leak repair or roof inspection.

If you ever need a roofer in Sacramento, this is the one to call. Patrick was great and came out to my home on very short notice after a strong wind and rain storm caused a roof leak. I called on Monday and he was there the next day. He fit me into the schedule, showed up professional, and clearly knew roofing inside and out. He took the time to inspect the problem, track down the source of the leak, and explain what was happening in simple terms. He also gave me peace of mind by letting me know that if anything came up again, he would return and make sure it was handled right. It is hard to find a roofing contractor that is this responsive, honest, and skilled. I will absolutely call again for any roof repair, leak detection, or other roofing work, and I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone who needs dependable service.

sebastian was recommended to us by a neighbor, and we’re really glad we called. he gave us excellent roofing service, fair pricing, and a thorough roof inspection that matched our independent inspector’s report very closely. it also mattered to us that the roofing contractor was fully bonded and insured. jorge and the crew did a great job on the full project. we had the roof replaced, chimney siding repaired, new gutters installed, trim work completed, and the siding paint refreshed. they paid close attention to the details, kept the job site neat, and made sure everything looked clean and finished. the whole process felt smooth from inspection to installation, and the completed roof and exterior work look beautiful. they even painted our front door as a thoughtful extra touch.

Marvin was fantastic throughout the entire roofing project. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so there weren’t any surprises. He handled all the coordination with my insurance company and walked me through the different types of shingles, sharing his deep knowledge about roofing materials. The installation was completed quickly and smoothly, and the crew did excellent work, including the necessary decking repairs and putting on the new roof. They were professional and made sure to leave the area even cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Barnes Family Roofing to anyone in Sacramento looking for a new roof, especially if you want to support a local, family-owned business.

i had several different roofing companies come out to check my leaky roof, but none of them could figure out the problem. then the crew from this company showed up and found the issue right away. patrick, the supervisor, took the time to explain everything to me and set up a schedule for the repair. he and his team got the job done quickly and did a really clean job fixing my roof. even though my roof repair wasn't a huge project, patrick treated it like it was just as important as any big job. he was really professional and made the whole process simple for me. i would absolutely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing work done, especially if you want someone who pays attention and does quality work.
