I called and asked for the owner and the lady who answered the phone was rude from the beginning and whenever I asked for the owner and asked when would be another good time to call back she said "neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" then hung up. Horrible customer service.

I apologize you had this experience, I know we get a lot of solicitor calls to our office and I believe my staff mistook you for a solicitor. We had re-training on call intake and you can expect my staff to continue with professional courteous phone call interactions.

  1. Fred Perkett, a 60% owner, came out to give me an estimate. 2. He planned to complete the work with some of his workers but NOT through the company. 3. He insisted on cash payment for his $16,000 bid. 4. I found another roofer, Steve's Roofing, who gave me a $7,900 bid.

  Reply from the business

Baker Roofing company is 100 % owned by the Baker Family. Baker Roofing does not expect cash payment EVER.. Baker Roofing is not aware this type of interaction has taken place. I would encourage anybody to notify our office directly if you encounter questionable business practice.

This is not the first time we have used Baker Roofing. This time our Fellowship Hall at St. Andrews Lutheran Church had a very bad roof leak exacerbated by the age of the building. Great guys and they fixed us up in under a couple of hours. I am very pleased with them and will call them again.

Baker Roofing was very friendly, very honest, I got three estimates before deciding on Baker Roofing, and their price was one of the best, their work was first rate, I would recommend Baker Roofing of Stockton, California, the estimators name was Travis, he is very easy to talk to, and is very knowledgeable.

Professional organization that handles its business the old fashion way. They roofed a house I needed to sell fast and stopped a leak in my current home. I'll be looking to them to replace my gutters. We did finally get our gutters in last month. Baker's quote was a bit higher than others I received but decided on them and I'm glad I did. Two workmen had all our gutters made and installed in one day. The new gutters look great.
