At first the work was great and quick, but now we are here 6+ months later waiting for the work to be finished. No responses to calls or texts with multiple points of contact. If a small crew would just come up 1 more day, everything could be finished (and couple of the mistakes fixed), but it's always "I'll check and call you back with a date." but no returned call.

We understand your concerns, Mr. Griffith (your google profile name is a reference to King of the Hill?). Regarding your review alleging incomplete work, our records, specifically Invoice #12719, indicate an outstanding balance of $2,377.21 out of a total of $12,377.21. This invoice reflects that all listed work was completed, including agreed-upon deductions. The items you mentioned as "work to be finished" were actually additional requests made beyond the original scope. The "mistakes" encountered during the project were a direct result of your insistence on using salvaged materials, such as old vinyl siding and an ill-fitting salvaged door slab. Your remodeling project, undertaken by our newly formed crew now operating as Aikens Construction Services (as we transition to B&B Roofing and Guttering with refined services), spanned the entire month of February. This extended timeframe was due to the challenges presented by the recycled/salvaged materials you provided, for which we quoted a labor-only price – a practice we will no longer offer. Furthermore, we are aware that midway through the project, you attempted to directly hire our crew at a lower rate, bypassing our existing agreement. We regret to inform you that we are not aware of any other company willing to take on further work for you, and several of our employees have indicated they will not return to your property. Have a nice day.

Got a quote from these people to do some work at my church. They turned in a very professional looking quote. Unfortunately, that was the end of their professionalism. They set up a date to come and do the work, no call, no show. I called them and got a rather lame excuse for why they didn't show up. Set up a second date, no call, no show and I had to contact them again. Another lame excuse. Set up a third date. They sent 2 guys over about 1/2 hour before dark, with no idea of what they were supposed to be doing. The secretary called me and I had her tell them to have their boss call me. No response. I can't recommend this company at all. I would advise you to look elsewhere for a roofing contractor.

Hello Mr. Flash, I deeply apologize for the poor experience & any inconvenience it caused you & your church in fixing the Gutters. We have reflected on this poor experience we've provided you & came to the conclusion that we are overwhelmed by the amount of work we currently have & can't adequately keep track of our schedule by ourselves anymore, & as of last Wednesday we have hired our first Office Staff member whose sole responsibility is to manage the job schedule & improve the operation of the company. The lady that answers our company phone # is my Grandmother (she did the same when it was my Grandpa's company "Bowman Roofing and Guttering"), meaning she is not our secretary but more of a loving family member who goes above & beyond in support of us. We truly appreciate your feedback & will continue to improve our company in order to prevent any of our current or future customers from experiencing anything but the utmost quality & professionalism that we strive to provide for our Local community & neighbors. Have a Blessed Day sir! - Mcgregor Bean

From the initial contact, to the quote, to scheduling, to gutter and downspout install… hiring this company was absolutely the best decision I could have made. The guys who came out were fast, respectful, showed excellent craftsmanship, and even cleaned up afterwards! Excellent all the way around! We cannot thank you guys enough.

Excellent Service. One day, I walked into a rental that was under interior repair and found a horrible leak in the kitchen with water running down the walls. B&B Roofing was the only company that would come out the same day and perform leak remediation on the roof. After the representative spent hours up on the roof patching leaks, he charged me nothing! I received a quote for a new roof that was reasonable, so they were hired. While we waited for a break in the rain, some more leaks showed up, again they came out and covered roof with a bigger tarp. Again, I was charged nothing! During the new roof installation and repair they did an excellent job while keeping us informed of any rotten wood found after tearing off the roof. Over the years, I have hired many varied subcontractors. B&B roofing, by far, has been the most prompt, most accommodating, with quality results.
