We had alot of hail damage. Jeff Vaughn was our salesman. He handled all the insurance paperwork and negotiations. He was very knowledgeable in the inspection process and what to look for that others may have missed.

Our salesperson, Jeff, was awesome. He walked us through the whole process and followed up, including an inspection where he found a few things and had the crew come back out and fix/replace. the crew he chose was very proactive in minimizing the mess and did a thorough cleanup. We were extremely pleased with the process, and the end result.

I am happy with the new roof, it has really helped keep my house cooler so far this summer. One caveat: the crew who removed the old one should be a bit more careful about throwing down discarded items onto plants and shrubbery; several of mine were damaged.

Derrick with B&A Roofing was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Our new roof looks great! We are very pleased with B&A Roofing.

Roof replacement due to wind and hail damage. B&A roofing was very helpful and worked with my insurance rep and me very well. Workmanship and overall services were great. This google survey format could use some improvement. I rated 5 stars which I hope that means an excellent rating. It was not clear in the survey notes.
