Owner is rude. Had a horrible experience with him when he came into my work and treated us horribly because he didn’t get his way.

Aztec’s roofing crew did a magnificent job installing a new roof after severe hail damage. Ulises Aguilar was wonderful to work with. He arranged everything and worked well with my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered and done right. I highly recommend him and his company.

After two months of delays with our insurance company the roofing contractor was notified and provided with the necessary documents. After multiple calls to their office, three and half weeks passed before I was contacted. With my patience exhausted I contacted Aztec Roofing per the recommendations from several of our neighbors. There is nothing more frustrating than being ignored by a contractor. Dealing with the unprofessional contractor only reinforced the importance and value of good communications. We opted for a Masterrib metal roof which presented some difficult challenges for Aztec Roofing. Here are some important key observations. Rather than relying on the Google Maps Survey/Estimate software, Aztec’s management took actual precise measurements of our roof to insure an accurate quote and material requirements. The overall dimension and pitch of our roof required 30 feet long sections of metal roofing to insure there were no seams from overlapping sheets. Considering the difficulties the pitch of the roof presented, the installers were meticulous in every detail while maintaining good safety practices. For the duration of five days the roofing crew started promptly and worked diligently to complete the project. The work site was cleared at the end of each day and the final cleanup was thorough and satisfactory. In hindsight, the lack of action by
