  5 stars definitely: I hired Award Roofing to replace my 20-year-old roof and was very pleased with the finished product. Justin, the owner, did a thorough job of explaining in advance each step of the process, the timetable, and the estimated cost. He guided me through all of the decisions and steps that were needed on my part. And he was present both days of the installation to oversee the project and update me of any changes or additional issues that were found. I was very impressed with his team and how well they worked together and how meticulous their clean-up process was. And, I love how my new roof looks! I highly recommend Award Roofing Company.   We had an outstanding experience with Award Roofing from start to finish. Justin Brooks, the owner and our point of contact, was exceptional—he walked us through every step of the process and made sure we fully understood what was involved. We came away not only with a beautiful new roof, but also with a much better understanding of what it takes to make a roof truly waterproof. The value was excellent. Their quote was very competitive, and they backed their labor with a 15-year transferrable warranty, while the roofing materials themselves carry a lifetime warranty. That combination gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. The installation team was equally impressive. They completed the entire job in just two days, working diligently from sunrise to sunset. The quality of their workmanship was clearly top-notch, and they took great care to clean up thoroughly when the job was done—removing all old shingles, nails, and debris. They also protected our plants and shrubs from damage from the shingle removal. What really stood out was the follow-up. Justin returned the next day to personally inspect the work and made sure that even the smallest imperfections were corrected. That level of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Award Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.
