  avalon construction came to our door advertising the ability to fight our insurance company to get a better hail damage claim on our roof. mike contacted us at least once a week for 5 weeks and at one point daily attempting to get me to sign a DRP. once i signed it all contact has stopped. its been 3 months now and nothing has changed i cant even use a different roofing company to do my repairs because if i do abalone will sue me according to the drp that they pressured me to sign. avoid this company at all costs. i am willing to edit this review if things change but at this moment my ability to get my roof fixed through insurance expires in 6 weeks. ** in response to your reply. We did... 3 weeks ago. Hence the reason for my review. The person on phone said mike was not avalible to email all our info. which we did. and 3 weeks later I'm still being harassed by my insurance company, because they have had zero contact from avalon, and need to close the claim soon.

  We had a great experience with Avalon. Due to the 2024 hail storm, we had an insurance claim for a new roof and soft metals. Justin, our Care Advisor, was always really friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept us in the loop. He was overall just great to deal. The roofer, Jess, was exceptional as well. He and the team he lead went ABOVE and beyond in making sure the shingles were done correctly, as wells as cleaning up the site everyday. The roof looks amazing! I have had roofs done before, but Jess operates at another level. The soft metals install also went well, the guys were friendly, on time and did a good job. Well done Avalon and thank you!

  Great construction company, well knowledgeable, great customer service after work, very responsive and trying to to their Job ant the most highest level of perfection. I dealt with Nader , Ashraf , Mahari , Kulvinder, Karam . My home affected by hail damage, they did my Roofing And siding, netting And other necessary repairs. After I contacted just for a small query again they sent their team to ensure band inspect again. Also I'm comfortable to work with them as they give a 5 year inssurance plan for any work they did . Everything is clear in the contract, alkd the scoop work is clear and detailed. I was peace of mind using their service, Much better that the people who make my basement. Keep it up, which you the best .

  Avalon has been a great company to work with! Right from the first meeting to the finishing touches, they have been professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The work they did was done in a timely manner. They always stayed in touch with us and kept us up to date on next steps. Our roof looks fantastic and clean up was amazing!   Avalon construction increased the coverage on my insurance, and the representative who handled my case was exceptionally kind and helpful. If I need any assistance in the future, I would be glad to work with them again.

  Nothing short of Amazing!! I was very particular on my research for a vinyl siding contractor. It took me few weeks to go through all my quotes and decide. Avalon price was a bit higher but I didn’t want to sacrifice the reliability. And after checking through their social media and seeing the type of work they do, I came to my decision. Absolutely no quality was sacrificed whatsoever! My home now no fluff, looks brand new! I was truly impressed with the finished product. Nader was incredibly accommodating as was Naz his his project supervisor. Look at my pictures attached! They were clean, tidy, and super super super duper nice, I’m happy I chose these guys. You need to give this Company a look. Thank me later!

  I had my roof and siding done by them. They did good job. Roof looks solid, siding good. Guys work fast. First roof company that did my roof on time, they surprise me. Everything turned out great. My wife happy with how house looks now. Recommend them.

  I have had a series of issues with Avalon Construction, however, we have reached an agreement given some of the issues that are shown in the pictures. While they are trying to fix the issues, this review will be updated to a tentatively optimistic one in the hopes that they will actually be resolved. Should the issues not be resolved, this review will largely be returned to its prior format.
