Earlier today, I made a call to inquire about a quote for roof repair. However, the woman who answered the phone displayed unprofessional behavior by interrupting me multiple times and hanging up on me twice with the words “we do not need estimator”. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs clearly, I was disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy shown towards me during this call. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and I hope that the organization takes necessary steps to improve their customer service standards in the future.

Amazing to work with. My house has been over 76° on any given day when my air-conditioning calls for 68. They came and installed vents on my roof and it fixed the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes. I will use them again

Great experience with this roofing company. Patrick is friendly and easy to deal with, and he and his team were professional and always on time. They did quality work, kept everything clean, and finished as promised. Patrick also took before-and-after photos, which was really helpful—pictures speak for themselves. I would definitely recommend them!

Patrick and the Austin team did a great job patching and coating our standing seam metal roof. They were able to start the project earlier than scheduled and it was completed in 2 weeks. So far no leaks!

Big news in the GTA as a local facility begins its transformation to accommodate new tenants. With 160,000 square feet of total building coverage, Phase #1 is set to begin next week as our teams mobilize and begin navigating the complexities of the site.2 days ago
