Our rental company tried to get these guys to come look at the unit and two days in a row they did not show at scheduled time. 1st time we arranged for them to show up anytime before 11 AM and they couldn’t do that? They also didn’t let us know they would be late. I understand things happen but I was late for work because I was waiting on these guys because I need our roof fixed. To avoid confusion I asked them to come by at 10 AM the next day, which they said they could. It’s now after 11 AN with no notification I have texted there rep Jesse with no response and no one has came by. If this is how they treat their customers I don’t want to be one.

Honestly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had since buying our home. We’ve dealt with a few companies over the past couple of years, and Atlantis Roofing easily stands out above the rest. It’s not easy finding a team that checks all the boxes quality work, fair pricing, and people you actually feel you can trust but they delivered on all of it. The whole process felt smooth from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally without any runaround. Our new metal roof came out great, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They really looked out for us and made sure everything was done right. If you’re in South Florida and need roofing work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atlantis Roofing.
