They spam text all the time. They don't stop when you ask nicely. Shady tactics....

This Was a very well organized and managed experience. All of my questions were carefully addressed as they came up and the agreed upon schedule/price was carried out without unexpected charges or difficulties. The only detail that did not go to plan during my roof installation was the weather, but that was handled in such a competent way that my roof was still completed on time

Thanks a lot for your comments and your full understanding of the process. And yes, always a factor with the weather, but when, at the same time, new insulation was being blown into the attic and the new roof was in process, we had to have everything under control. But fortunately we end right on time.

Unfortunately, my roof was improperly installed around 8 years ago. The defect did not reveal the issue until the nails had rusted in the valley of my roof. The roofer who installed the roof refused to fix the issue, claiming I only had a 2-year warranty. Water was entering my home every time it rained. I had two other roofers come to fix the issue, and they did not do so properly. Ivan and crew at Atlanta Roof and Construction were able to analyze the issue on their initial visit. They were also highly recommended by an elder in my community. I would recommend them as well. They give a fair price and do great work. It is important to find skilled contractors that I trust.

Ivan and his team at Atlanta Roof Proz were amazing from start to finish. I had two large industrial roofs in need of replacement/updating. They quickly provided innovative solutions and completed the jobs ahead of schedule exceeding my expectations!

Thank you kindly, it was indeed challenging; unavailability of materials due to the supply chain crisis, we all needed to be creative and get things done the right way and with the solution that each building required. Thank you for the opportunity, we do appreciate it.

I had a incomplete experience with another roofer for two months, Ivan and his crew came to the rescue and did my roof in two days. Quality work is everything and when they came to my house that's just what I received. On time service, someone always working, if no answer will call you back as soon as possible. Great job guys!!!!!
