Athens Roofing came to inspect roof to give estimate on remove and replace, when asked to where a mask guy states "I'm not sick" but proceeds to mask up and walk around house, I think it is going well however, he does not go on roof as website stated would do for all inspections. Was told estimate would arrive by 02/09 but no estimate received, called to inquire 02/10 about when would receive estimate, told in a day or two, still never received. No follow up from Athens Roofing. Would not recommend wasting your time with this operation.

Athens Roofing did a fantastic job repairing our roofing, making sure to knock it our before several days of heavy rain. The price was fair, work was thorough and the communication with the front office was exceptional. 10/10 will use again!

Athens Roofing recently completed a metal roof at my residence. From my first contact with the company to the completion of the job, my experience was great. The staff is so professional, the representatives were knowledgable, and the crew who performed the install were efficient, friendly and left the grounds just as they found them!

Updated fall of 2025: Finally happened. Insurance said no more coverage without a new roof (18 year old one not installed by AR). After we picked 5 possible shingle colors, Mandy at AR gave us addresses we could drive by to see those colors. That was a tremendous help. She then kept us up to date on when everything would be delivered and started. The crew got here early, tore off the old roof, replaced a good bit of decking, and reroofed with all of the 50 yr warranty materials in one day. The crew was efficient and very conscious of debris and nails going over each area multiple times. All old pipes painted, new flashing and silicone pipe boots installed. Work looks fantastic just as I expected. Original review: I get to see Athens Roofing from another perspective. We had our roof installed years before knowing about Athens Roofing. Now I help AR with their marketing materials and can say that they have check lists upon check lists for all aspects of the job that cover way more than any of the five roofers we interviewed. Add a few simple things that help prevent future leaks that other roofers don't do and you can be assured your job will be expertly done.
