  The initial experience of having our roof done was wonderful and I have absolutely no complaints about that. Since then a couple of shingles/tiles have fallen off the roof and we have been trying for 16 months to have someone come out to fix them. Still waiting.

  I would not recommend using this company. They are good at making promises, but not at keeping them. They tried to overcharge me on the initial deposit. They skipped appointments. They damaged my sprinkler system. After the installation, they had to come out and make multiple repairs to the new roof. Also, beware of their 'full payment due after substantial completion' clause, as they will not hesitate to enforce with penalties, interest and attorney fees. In summary: poor communication, mediocre workmanship and over-promised / under delivered is what I experienced.

  We apologize that your experience with Assurance Contractors was not up to your expectations. Customer service is a key part of our culture and we strive to have as seamless of an experience as possible. We did try to give you 24 hours notice or more for appointments. Unfortunately, we did have to reschedule one appointment due to getting confirmation too late from you. You had minor repairs and concerns that we addressed and fixed. We honored every request that was made, even the sprinkler heads. Assurance prides itself on high quality and you have a 5 year workmanship warranty if should have any issues in the future. In regards to payment, if the account is close to 90 days, there are procedural warnings that are sent before next steps are taken in an effort to collect payment.

  Peter told us he'd be working with us through the whole process but as soon as the work started we were handed off to someone else. We've had issues involving gutters, damaged landscaping, and the billing. Communication from this company is poor and not timely.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Assurance Contractors, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. One of the biggest things that stood out was how seamlessly they worked with our insurance company. They helped guide us through the process and made sure we got everything we needed, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. The quality of the roof is outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The customer service was impeccable the entire time — communication was clear, timelines were met, and there were no surprises. A special thank you to our sales representative, Graham, who was fantastic to work with. That said, every single person we interacted with was friendly, respectful, and professional. From the initial inspection all the way through to cleanup, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality roofing company, I would absolutely recommend Assurance Contractors.

  Incredibly hard working group of individuals that made working with the insurance company a breeze. They communicated well through the whole process and did an INCREDIBLE job on my roof. Would recommend anyone that needs some work done to contact them first.

  Estimator explained photos taken of roof damaged due to hailstorms and gave recommendations on roofing materials. The roofing and gutter installations were excellent. The crews were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and worked together seamlessly. They re-roofed both my ranch style house and barn.

  Graham and the roofing crew were amazing. On time, very impeccable in clean up, and the roof looks perfect. Graham was on site and made sure the shingles were correctly installed and if there was something that didn’t look perfect it was corrected. There wasn’t a nail or any material left on the ground! The gutters and downspouts installed went just as perfect! I appreciated all the hard work and effort Assurance put into my roof, gutters and downspouts from start to finish. Graham always kept me informed!

  The team at Assurance was easy and great to work with. They quickly responded to questions and when we needed help to get our vintage house through the preservation process they were there to help. Their pricing was fair and honest. I would highly recommend them for any project.

  Great people (Steve, Dawn, Ian, JT), roof turned out wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. Ian handled the whole process on our end and worked with the insurance company to ensure we received the proper amount for the claim. His expertise helped make this a painless process.
