  Talk about a nightmare. Our management company assigned this company to replace our AC, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Having a roofing company replace an AC was questionable to begin with, and unfortunately our experience has not made us feel any more confident. They respond quickly enough, but actually getting the problem diagnosed and resolved has been a completely different story. We have repeatedly had issues with what is allegedly a new AC unit not cooling our home properly. Our management company cannot work on it because the unit is under warranty with this company, yet when the problem is actively happening, they are unwilling to come out and see it for themselves. Instead, someone comes when the system happens to be working again and we get the same response: “Well, it seems like it’s working now.” Our house has reached 83 degrees almost daily even while it was 94 degrees outside. We contacted them while the issue was actively happening, and they still would not come out that afternoon. By the time someone eventually looks at it and the system is cooling again, we are right back to square one. That is the most frustrating part of this entire experience. Something is clearly causing a new AC unit to repeatedly stop cooling properly, but instead of figuring out why, we keep being told it seems fine whenever it temporarily starts working again. Meanwhile, we are stuck with a home reaching 80+ degrees and a management company that cannot send someone else because of the warranty. A new AC unit should not be having recurring issues like this, and “it seems to be working now” is not a solution.
