This company took a large deposit from me under false pretenses and has not paid it back. Do NOT do business with them at any cost.

Although I was okay to replace my entire roof if needed, I was told it looked fine and I can just repair the damage. They said, it is good for at least three years. They had me throw my Satellite dish as it poses a risk for leaking. Guess what a year and half later more leaks from the same spot they repaired. I may have to spend more money to repair my ceiling. My ceiling never looked like this before.

ASA replaced my entire roof, drip edge, and flashing 6 years ago and I have the 10 year warranty in my contract. Now, I have a piece of flashing that the has blown off. I have been calling for a week now they continue to give me the run around and tell me they will call back to schedule a day for them to fix they never call back. ASA, if you see this posting and actually come fix it I’ll revise my review. Update: Came and fixed the flashing. Thank you.

Although all communications with Antonio were over text messages, the responses were timely and pricing was very competitive. They honored the initial quote despite a technical difficulty that required a second visit to my house plus a small fix to another issue. The crew doing the job was super friendly as well.

ASA Roofing's representative Milton Torres did a project for me after many other roofing business turned it down due to being too small (less than $1k). ASA and Milton took the project seriously, collaborated with me to finalize the design and did a great job executing the work. I'm very happy with the result and look forward to future projects with ASA Roofing.
