STAY AWAY!! Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a “roofing” company. The caliber of work that was “completed” by Artisan was laughable! Their job is currently being redone by a real roofer. Matthew is a terrible person.

We can find no trace of this name in our customer files, accounting files, email searches or phone contacts. When I click on the name here it says you're a local guide with Zero reviews. Funny how this popped up after a big storm. I think some of the storm chasers are trying to hurt the local guys through nefarious means. Jealousy is a stinky cologne and this reeks...

Terrible customer experience during bidding process. The work Matt said they could do changed after he visited. Next, after his visit, he left spinning his tires in our gravel driveway spitting rocks against our cars. Further, still waiting for them to respond with their bid for the roofing portion that Matt said they could do.

These guys arrived as promised, got to work despite some sprinkles and worked diligently to complete the gutter installation. They communicated well, answered all questions immediately, stayed on task and completed their work in a mere two days. The most amazing thing was how well all their work turned out and how great the gutters now look on the house. My sis owns the home and she was estatic about the end result. This job would be worth 10 stars if that were possible. Hire Artisan, you will not be disappointed!!
