As a Residential Realtor in Northern Colorado, I come in contact with a number of roofing companies. There are many good companies in this area. When it comes to my personal roofing and repair needs, Sean and Artisan is who I call when I need something done. Highly recommend them!

Sean and Rick did a great job on a project to: (1) improve ventilation underneath my roof, (2) reduce the risk of ember-initiated fire, (3) enhance the esthetics of my roof line, and (4) clean out gutters. They enlarged the vents to increase air flow and I am very pleased with the results. Sean does a great job explaining the process, the rationale, pro/con analysis, and he showed me what he did on site and with pictures. Sean has tons of experience, he's knowledgeable, a great communicator, and deals in good faith. Rick is an exceptionally capable assistant. He's efficient, friendly and gets the job done. Dealing with Amy (customer service, scheduling) is very easy. She's efficient and friendly. Artisan gets my highest recommendation!

We moved into a house that we purchased and had Artisan come out to do an assessment. Sean came out and completed a very thorough report, with pictures, of his findings. He explained the issues very clearly and outlined some options. One of his recommendations was a ridge vent system. We had a tri-level house in Fort Collins without AC. So, it was always cool on the bottom level and hot on the upper level. With the ridge vent system it allowed the hot air in the attic to vent out at the peak and out upstairs. It made our house more comfortable and it was a great recommendation. We couldn't afford AC at that time. Sean is amazing at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and will always give an honest assessment. The work that was completed was done right. It was done quickly and professionally. Our property was kept clean throughout the process. I would highly recommend Artisan to take care of any issues.

I worked with Amy to get some repairs taken care of at an HOA that Allegiant manages. The service was top notch, quick and affordable. Highly recommended!

Sean and his team did an outstanding job enhancing the ventilation in our older home's attic. Their communication was excellent, the scope of work was clearly outlined, and they completed the project on schedule—all at a reasonable price.

Sean did an amazing job repairing my roof and front gutter. I had a virtual waterfall after every snow or heavy rain and now, not a drip! He ia honest, thorough and stands by his work. I highly recommend him.

Their site also states: states a founding year.
