Artech Roofing & Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Artech Roofing & Construction.

I reached out to Artech Roofing regarding a possible bathroom remodel and adding a small half bath for my elderly parents who are moving in. I made it clear this was a need-based project, not a luxury renovation. We just wanted something simple and functional. They responded immediately and came out quickly to take a look, which initially gave me confidence. I was told they would put together a few layout options to review, but I never heard back. I followed up two or three times and received no response. Very disappointing, especially since they came highly recommended. If they had no interest in taking on my project, I wish they had just told me instead of completely ignoring my follow-ups. Poor communication and unprofessional experience overall.

Yilber and Patricia with Artech Roofing & Construction were wonderful to work with! What started as a small leak unfortunately turned into a much larger project, and they were prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Yilber was especially great about explaining what was happening and answering all of my questions—which I definitely had once we started opening walls and tearing up floors! I highly recommend Artech Roofing & Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or refer them to my friends and family.

Artech repaired my kitchen ceiling after copper pipes replacement due to several leaks. The ceiling looks great, they left everything clean after their work. Highly recommend. Patricia is very detail oriented and informative.

Patricia and her team are top notch in the industry and take very great care of their customers. As a roofer from a different company I know the good ones from the bad and Patricia and Artech are among the elite! Give them a call

Artech Roofing found evidence of hail damage to our roof and, working closely with the adjuster and insurance company, got us a new roof quickly and painlessly. They have done several large jobs for us and are always professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

Yilber and Patricia are a true DREAM to work with. We worked with them to tear down our existing double deck wood deck and they helped build a new Trex double deck, screened and roofed! We had a shed roof on one side and a gable roof on the other. They are so honest and hardworking. All of their crew from carpentry to electrical, to roofing, all of them were professional and kind. We will ABSOLUTELY use Artech again for all future roofing and remodeling/renovation jobs!! Do not hesitate to use them for your dream project!

I had all 4 sides of the house resided with Artech and they did a great job. The work included replacing some downspouts and painting the whole house and it came out beautifully! Patricia and Yilber did a good of setting expectations and communicating changes as they occured (we found the attic lacked plywood under the old siding, at all, and a few rotten spots elsewhere along the way)

The company’s subcontractors were timely, thorough, professional and courteous. Project management was excellent and efficient. The not only installed flooring but painted the interior as well. The crew took everything off the walls and put them back up when completed. They also photographed everything in order to put things back in place.

Artech got back with me quickly, arranged a service call, arrived right on time and took care of our gutters! It was quick and easy...just what you want when arranging a gutter cleaning. Very pleased with Artech. Highly recommend.
